Abstract
Terminal angkutan umum ini juga menjadi prasarana transportasi penting di Kota Malang, dimana memiliki tiga terminal yaitu Terminal Arjosari, Terminal Landungsari, Terminal Gadang, namun seiring dengan rencana tata ruang wilayah (RTRW) kota malang setelah bulan 14 agustus 2009 Terminal Gadang dihentikan fungsinya dan digantikan oleh Terminal Hamid Rusdi, namun sangat disayangkan adanya permasalahan baru yaitu terganggunya kinerja operasional angkutan umum. Dengan masalah yang baru kita dapat mengetahui penyebab kinerja operasional angkutan umum terganggu. Pada penelitian ini untuk analisanya menggunakan perhitungan jumlah armada angkutan kota ideal, jumlah penumpang, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan tarif. Untuk survei yang dilakukan yaitu survei naik turun penumpang selama enam hari pada pukul 06.00 – 14.00 yang dibagi tiga waktu yaitu sibuk pagi, tidak sibuk dan sibuk sore dan masing- masing bagian mengamati empat kendaraan pulang pergi dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik dan sopir angkutan kota trayek ABG dan LDG. Sedangkan untuk menghitung jumlah armada ideal yaitu perhitungan faktor muat, waktu siklus, waktu antara, sehingga didapat jumlah armada. Untuk perhitungan jumlah penumpang peneliti membandingkan jumlah penumpang sebelum dipindahkan dengan jumlah penumpang setelah dipindahkan sehingga nanti dapat mengetahui perbedaan jumlah penumpang. Untuk perhitungan biaya operasional kendaraan digunakan perhitungan biaya tetap, biaya tidak tetap, dan overhead sehingga nanti dijumlahkan untuk mendapat biaya operasional kendaraan. Untuk perhitungan tarif menggunakan pembagian antara biaya operasional kendaraan total dengan jumlah penumpang total. Hasil proses perhitungan ini yaitu didapat jumlah penumpang untuk taryek LDG sebesar 167 penumpang dan untuk taryek ABG sebesar 165 penumpang. Sedangkan perhitungan jumlah armada ideal didapat sebanyak 102 armada untuk taryek LDG dan trayek ABG sebanyak 120 armada. Perhitungan biaya operasional kendaraan sebelum direlokasi untuk trayek ABG sebesar Rp 251.495,00 untuk trayek LDG sebesar Rp 232.955,00, setelah direlokasi untuk trayek ABG sebesar Rp 316.416,00 dan untuk trayek LDG sebesar Rp 289.636,00. Setelah didapat perhitungan biaya operasional dan jumlah penumpang didapat perhitung tarif, tarif yang didapat sebelum direlokasi untuk trayek ABG sebesar Rp 1.000,00 dan trayek LDG sebesar Rp 500,00, setelah direlokasi didapat besarnya tarif untuk trayek ABG sebesar Rp 2.100,00 dan trayek LDG sebesar Rp 1.900,00.
English Abstract
Public transportation is also becoming an important transportation infrastructure in Malang, which has three terminals, Arjosari Terminals, Landungsari Terminals, Gadang Terminals, but along with the spatial plans (Spatial) poor city after months of 14 August 2009 Gadang Terminals stopped functioning and was replaced by Hamid Rusdi Terminals, but it is unfortunate that the new headwinds disruption of public transport operational performance. With the new issues we can find the cause of the performance of public transport operations disrupted. In this study for analysis using the calculation of the ideal city transport fleet size , number of passengers , vehicle operating costs , and tariffs . For a survey done of the survey up and down passengers for six days at 6:00 to 2:00 p.m. divided three times that morning busy , not busy and hectic afternoon and each of the four sections observed commute vehicle and direct interviews with owners and drivers of urban transportation route ABG and LDG . As for calculating the ideal fleet is fit factor calculation , cycle time , the time between , in order to get the number of the fleet . For the calculation of the number of passengers researchers compared the number of passengers before being transferred to the number of passengers after removing them so that later can determine differences in the number of passengers . For the calculation of vehicle operating cost calculations used fixed costs , variable costs , and overhead so later summed to obtain vehicle operating costs . For rate calculation using the division between the total vehicle operating costs by total passenger numbers . The result of this calculation process is obtained for the number of passengers amounted to 167 passengers taryek LDG and to taryek ABG for 165 passengers. While the calculation of the fleet gained as much as 102 ideal for fleet and route ABG taryek LDG 120 fleet. Calculation of vehicle operating costs before it relocated to stretch ABG Rp 251.495.00 for LDG stretch of Rp 232.955.00, having relocated to stretch ABG Rp 316.416.00 and to stretch LDG Rp 289.636.00. Having obtained the calculation of operating cost and passenger numbers obtained perhitung rates, rates obtained before relocated to Rp 1,000.00 ABG stretch and stretch LDG Rp 500.00, after relocated to obtain tariff rate of Rp 2,100.00 ABG stretch and stretch LDG of Rp 1,900.00.
