Abstract

UD. La Tanza merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) unggulan di kota Malang Jawa Timur yang memproduksi berbagai olahan makanan organik. Dalam hal pemasaran, UD. La Tanza masih menggunakan system konvensional yaitu penjualan melalui toko offline dengan sistem pembayaran manual yaitu harus bertemu secara langsung. UD. La Tanza memiliki permasalahan dalam hal peningkatan penjualan melalui promosi atau pemasaran produk yang kurang efektif, sehingga UD. La Tanza mengalami kesulitan dalam memperkenalkan produk-produk makanan organiknya kepada konsumen, serta diperlukannya penggunaan kertas dalam membuat laporan penjualan dan brosur produk. Sistem penjualan offline yang diterapkan oleh UD. La Tanza saat ini belum mampu menjangkau pasar secara luas, hanya terbatas pada daerah sekitar UD. La Tanza, yang mengakibatkan pengembangan bisnis UD. La Tanza belum dapat berjalan dengan maksimal. Konsumen UD. La Tanza ketika ingin membeli produk-produk UD. La Tanza harus mengunjungi toko dan juga waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses transaksi sistem penjualan offline terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah solusi untuk merancang suatu rekayasa sistem berbasis web yang mempermudah penjualan dan pemasaran produk-produk organik UD. La Tanza. Pada penelitian ini, proses bisnis yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan teknik pemasaran yang dikemas melalui sitem penjualan online (e-commerce), sedangkan tool pembuatan website e-commerce yang digunakan adalah Content Management System (CMS) OpenCart. E-commerce merupakan salah satu perkembangan di bidang IT yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pemasaran produk kepada konsumen. E-commerce merupakan cara yang efektif untuk memasarkan produk di tengah persaingan global saat ini, yang menuntut para pelaku usaha memberikan berbagai kemudahan kepada konsumen, sehingga pemasaran produk terhadap konsumen dapat berjalan dengan lebih cepat, tepat dan relevan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan sebuah prototype website e-commerce UD. La Tanza yang terdiri dari dua user, yaitu administrator dan customer. Pengujian prototype dilakukan dengan mengujicobakan website e-commerce UD. La Tanza kepada beberapa orang. Dari uji coba tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa prototype website e-commerce sudah memenuhi user requirement dari customer, mulai dari register akun, pemesanan produk, sampai metode pembayaran yang mudah dipahami. Sedangkan dari sisi kebutuhan administrator yaitu, mulai dari mengolah website, database website, proses pemesanan produk, proses update produk dapat berjalan dengan baik, serta proses pembayaran tunai yang lebih jelas dan cepat. Dengan adanya sistem e-commerce ini konsumen dapat mengakses website UD. La Tanza selama 24 jam dalam sehari dan tidak diperlukannya biaya dalam hal pembuatan laporan penjualan maupun dalam hal promosi produk.

English Abstract

UD. La Tanza is one of the leading Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in the city of Malang, East Java province, which produce a variety of processed foods organic. In terms of marketing, UD. La Tanza is still using the conventional system of sales through the store offline with manual payment system that should meet directly. UD. La Tanza have problems in terms of increased sales through promotions or marketing products that are less effective, so UD. La Tanza is experiencing difficulties in introducing organic food products to consumers, as well as to the need for the use of paper in creating sales reports and brochures of products. Offline sales system applied by UD. La Tanza is currently unable to reach markets extensively, was limited to the area around UD. La Tanza, resulting in the business development of UD. La Tanza can not run properly. Consumers UD. La Tanza when want to buy products of UD. La Tanza should visit the store and also the time needed to process transactions offline sales systems limited. Therefore, this study offers a solution for designing a web-based system engineering which facilitate the sales and marketing of organic products UD. La Tanza. In this research, a business process are applied using approach to marketing strategic packaged through a system for online sales (e-commerce), while the website creation tool e-commerce used is a Content Management System (CMS) OpenCart. E-commerce is one of the developments in the IT field that can be used to facilitate the marketing of products to consumers. E-commerce is an effective way to market the product in the midst of the current global competition, which demanded the perpetrators attempt to provide various conveniences to consumers, so that the consumer product marketing can run faster, accurate and relevant. The results obtained from this research is the design of a prototype e-commerce website called UD. La Tanza which consists of two users, that administrators and customer. Prototype testing is done by piloted an e-commerce website UD. La Tanza to some people. Of these trials concluded that the e-commerce website prototype already meet the requirement of the customer, users ranging from account register, ordering products, until the payment method that is easy to understand. While from the side i.e. administrator needs, ranging from processing websites, database websites, the process of ordering products, product update process can work well, as well as a cash payment process more clearly and quickly. The existence of this e-commerce system, consumers can access the website UD. La Tanza for 24 hours in a day and does not require the cost in terms of sales as well as reports on manufacturing in terms of product promotion.
