Abstract

Seiring dengan munculnya perusahaan-perusahaan baru dalam dunia bisnis global, persaingan di dunia industri juga semakin meningkat. Suatu sistem perusahaan yang efektif dan efisien sangat dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan kualitas produk yang baik, meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, penggunaan sumber daya secara optimal dan pengiriman produk atau bahan baku yang tepat waktu. Untuk menciptakan sistem yang seperti itu dibutuhkan peran serta semua pihak mulai dari supplier hingga produk sampai ke tangan konsumen. KUD “BATU” merupakan pabrikasi susu terbesar di Kota Batu dan belum ada sistem pengukuran kinerja Supply Chain di KUD”BATU”. Maka dari itu sangat dibutuhkan pengukuran kinerja Supply Chain produk susu. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode SCOR. Langkah awal dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi Supply Chain KUD “BATU” lalu mengklasifikasikan aktivitas Supply Chain yang ada didalamnya. Kemudian dari tujuan dan kondisi KUD “BATU” dapat diidentifikasi KPI yang merupakan indikator kinerja yang harus diukur berdasarkan perspektif dan dimensinya, lalu KPI-KPI yang ada divalidasi serta dilakukan pembobotan terhadap masing-masing KPI dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Kemudian dilakukan scoring system dengan menggunakan metode OMAX terhadap masing-masing KPI lalu dilakukan evaluasi dengan Traffic Light System. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 45 KPI yang valid yang terdiri dari 10 KPI dari perspektif Plan , 11 KPI dari perpektif Source , 12 KPI dari perspektif Make , 5 KPI dari perspektif Deliver , 7 KPI dari perspektif Return . Dari perhitungan MAX didapatkan bahwa 16 KPI masuk dalam kategori hijau, 26 KPI masuk dalam kategori kuning , dan 3 KPI masuk dalam kategori merah. Untuk KPI yang masuk dalam kategori hijau menunjukkan bahwa indikator kinerja tersebut sudah baik, kategori kuning menunjukkan bahwa KUD “BATU” harus berhati-hati terhadap segala kemungkinan yang akan terjadi pada KPI tersebut dan untuk kategori merah menunjukkan bahwa KPI tersebut membutuhkan perbaikan segera.

English Abstract

Along with the emergence of new companies in the global business world, competition in the industrial world have also increased. A system of effective and efficient company is required to produce a good product quality, increase cost efficiency, optimal use of resources and delivery of products or raw materials on time. To create such a system that required the participation of all parties from suppliers to the product reaches the consumer. KUD "BATU" is the largest dairy manufacturing in Batu and there is no system of performance measurement in the Supply Chain KUD "BATU". Therefore, it is necessary Supply Chain performance measurement dairy products. The method used for this study is the method of SCOR. The initial step of this research is to identify Supply Chain KUD "BATU" and classify activities Supply Chain were included. Then from the purpose and conditions of KUD "BATU" can be identified KPI is an indicator of performance should be measured based on the perspectives and dimensions, and KPIs are validated and be weighted against each KPI by using AHP method. Then do the scoring system by using the OMAX against each KPI then be evaluated by Traffic Light System. From the results showed that 45 valid KPI consisting of 10 KPIs of perspective Plan, 11 KPIs from the perspective Source, 12 KPIs from the Make perspective, 5 KPIs from the perspective of Deliver, 7 KPIs from the perspective of Return. OMAX obtained from the calculation that 16 KPIs in the category of green, 26 KPIs included in the yellow category, and 3 KPIs included in the red category. For KPIs in green category of indicate that the performance indicator is already good, yellow category indicates that KUD "BATU" must be careful of all possibilities that would occur in the KPI and to the red category indicates that the KPI requires immediate repair.
