Abstract
usaha selama tiga tahun terakhir yang diukur menggunakan rasio profitabilitas meliputi: Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), Return on Investment (ROI), dan Return on Equity (ROE), sedangkan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi menggunakan Unit Cost dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio profitabilitas pada tahun 2010 - 2012 diperoleh hasil secara berturut-turut yaitu GPM sebesar 4,52%; 3,55%; 3,23%, OPM sebesar 4,65%; 4,55%; 4,05%, NPM sebesar 4,07%; 3,20%; 2,90%, TAT sebesar 5,96 kali; 5,36 kali; 5,51 kali, ROI sebesar 24,24%; 17,14%; 15,99%, dan ROE sebesar 42,12%; 21,91%; 19,38%. Sedangkan perhitungan Unit Cost pada tahun 2010 - 2012 diperoleh hasil berturut-turut sebesar Rp. 3.536/liter; Rp. 3.646/liter; Rp. 3.885/liter, dan perhitungan efisiensi usaha berdasarkan R/C ratio sebesar 1,05; 1,04; 1,03. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan rasio profitabilitas pada Unit Penampungan Susu Koperasi Agro Niaga untuk periode tahun 2010 sampai 2012 menunjukkan tren yang menurun. Perhitungan Unit Cost pada Unit Penampungan Susu Koperasi Agro Niaga dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan perhitungan efisiensi usaha berdasarkan R/C ratio pada Unit Penampungan Susu Koperasi Agro Niaga diperoleh hasil lebih dari satu, yang artinya usaha sudah efisien dan layak untuk dikembangkan. Disarankan Unit Penampungan Susu Koperasi Agro Niaga perlu melakukan perencanaan terhadap analisis rasio profitabilitas sehingga penggunaan aktiva ataupun modal dapat berfungsi secara optimal.
English Abstract
The objective of this research was to examine efficiency in Fresh Milk Collecting Unit of “Agro Niaga” Cooperative based on profitability ratio, unit cost, and R/C ratio. Secondary data were collected from 25th April to 25th May 2013 at “Agro Niaga” Cooperative Jabung Subdistrict Malang Regency for three years 2010 to 2012. Descriptive method using economic formulation were employed to analyze the data. Result showed that profitability ratio in Milk Collecting Unit of “Agro Niaga” Cooperative for the period 2010 to 2012 has decreasing trend for GPM (4.52% to 3.23%), OPM (4.65% to 4.05%), NPM (4.07% to 2.90%), TAT (5.96 times to 5.51 times), ROI (24.24% to 15.99%), and ROE (42.12% to 19.38%). The Unit Cost at Milk Collecting Unit in the period 2010 to 2012 obtained Rp. 3,536/litre; Rp. 3,646/litre; Rp. 3,885/litre respectively, while R/C ratio has a declining trend (1.05 to 1.03) for these periods
