Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi Ajitin sebagai sumber protein pada produksi susu dan kualitas dalam ransum laktasi sapi perah. Materi dalam penelitian ini adalah dua belas sapi perah (friesian holstein crossbreed) dengan rata-rata kelompok produksi susu I 8-9.8 kg / kepala / hari, Grup II 9.8-10.5 kg / kepala / hari dan kelompok / hari . Ada 4 perawatan, R 0 = Pennisetum Purpureum + konsentrat tanpa ajitin + campuran jagung campuran dan sekam kedelai, R 1 = pennisetum purpureum + konsentrat dengan 2% ajitein (konsentrat DM) + campuran jagung dan sekam kedelai, R 2 = Pennisetum Purpureum + berkonsentrasi dengan 4% ajitein (konsentrat DM) + campuran jagung dedak dan sekam kedelai dan R 3 = pennisetum purpureum + konsentrat dengan 6% ajitin (konsentrat DM) + campuran jagung campuran dan sekam kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p & gt. 0,05) untuk asupan bahan kering (DMI), asupan bahan organik (OMI), asupan protein kasar (CPI), kualitas susu, produksi susu dan rata-rata gain (ADG) ). Rata-rata tertinggi DMI cenderung dalam pengobatan pakan R 1 (3,55% dari berat badan), rata-rata tertinggi OMI cenderung R 1 (87,06% dari DMI) dan rata-rata tertinggi CPI cenderung R 1 (14,25% DMI) . Rata-rata produksi susu tertinggi cenderung R 1 (12,58 kg / kepala / hari) dengan peningkatan produksi susu sekitar 1,32 kg / kepala. Rata-rata kualitas susu tertinggi cenderung ke R 2 dengan kepadatan 1,0259 kg / l, 4,61% lemak, 8,46% dari padat non-gemuk (SNF) dan 13,07% dari total padat (TS). Rata-rata tertinggi ADG cenderung R 3 1038.10 g / kepala / hari. Ini berarti bahwa ajitin suplementation menjadi 6% karena protein ISO pada ransum sapi perah tidak berpengaruh pada produksi susu, tetapi penggunaan Ajitein dapat menurunkan harga per kg untuk menghasilkan susu.
English Abstract
The aim of this research were to know the effect of ajitein suplementation as protein source on milk production and quality in the ration of dairy cow lactation. The material in this research were twelve dairy cows (Friesian Holstein crossbreed) with average milk production group I 8-9.8 kg/head/day, group II 9.8-10.5 kg/head/day and group III 11-14 kg/head/day. There were 4 treatments, R 0 = Pennisetum purpureum + concentrate without ajitein + mixed mixed corn bran and soybean husk, R 1 = Pennisetum purpureum + concentrate with 2% ajitein (DM concentrate) + mixed corn bran and soybean husk, R 2 = Pennisetum purpureum + concentrate with 4% ajitein (DM concentrate) + mixed corn bran and soybean husk and R 3 = Pennisetum purpureum + concentrate with 6% ajitein (DM concentrate) + mixed mixed corn bran and soybean husk. The result of research showed that the treatments were not significant effect (P>0.05) for dry matter intake (DMI), organic matter intake (OMI), crude protein intake (CPI), milk quality, milk produce and Average Daily Gain (ADG). The highest average of DMI tend on feed treatment R 1 (3.55% of Body Weight), the highest average of OMI tend to R 1 (87.06% of DMI) and the highest average of CPI tend to R 1 (14.25% of DMI). The highest average of milk production tend to R 1 (12.58 kg/head/day) with an increase in milk production approximately 1.32 kg/head. The highest average of milk quality tend to R 2 with 1.0259 kg/l density, 4.61% of fat, 8.46% of solid non fat (SNF) and 13.07% of total solid (TS). The highest average of ADG tend to R 3 1038.10 g/head/day. This means that ajitein suplementation to 6% as iso protein on dairy cow ration did not give any effect on milk production, but the use of ajitein can lower the price per kg of feed to produce milk.
