Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kandungan protein dalam diet dengan asupan pakan, rata-rata gain harian (ADG) dan konversi pakan dari Calves Holstein Friesian Cross. Sembilan Calon Bred Friesian Holstein betina berusia 30-35 hari dan berat badan awal 40 hingga 50 kg, adalah rancangan acak desain (RBD) dengan 3 perawatan dan 3 kelompok berdasarkan berat badan. Perawatan adalah p1 betis starter yang mengandung 20,51% CP, P2 betis Starter 22,55% CP, P3 Starter 23.11% CP. Betis itu diberi makan betis Starter ad libitum dan pengganti susu dimasukkan 6 liter / hari. Variabel yang diukur adalah asupan bahan kering, asupan bahan organik, asupan protein kasar, ADG dan konversi pakan. Analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada efek signifikan (p & gt. 0,05) dari perawatan pada DMI, OMI, CPI, konversi pakan dan ADG. Pengobatan P2 dengan konten CP tertinggi (22,5%) memberi hasil DMI, OMI, CPI (44,66. 41,97. 8,48 g / kg BB 0,75 / hari) tetapi pengobatan P3 memiliki ADG tertinggi (390) g / kepala / hari) masing-masing dan konversi pakan terendah (2,23), dibandingkan dengan perawatan pakan lainnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrat yang mengandung 20.55 hingga 23,11% CP, tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada asupan pakan, AVG dan konversi pakan, tetapi biaya untuk menghasilkan 1 kg berat badan dari setiap perawatan adalah CP 23,11% efek terbaik. Disarankan betis diberikan konsentrat P3 yang mengandung 23,11% CP.
English Abstract
This research aimed to know the effect of protein content in the diet on feed intake, average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion of cross bred Friesian Holstein calves. Nine cross bred Friesian Holstein calves of 30-35 day old and initial body weight 40 to 50 kg, were Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 treatments and 3 groups based on body weight. The treatments were P1 calf starter containing 20,51% CP, P2 calf starter 22,55% CP, P3 calf starter 23,11% CP. The calves were fed calf starter ad libitum and milk replacer is gived 6 litre/day. Variables measured were dry matter intake, organic matter intake, crude protein intake, ADG and feed conversion. Variance analysis showed that there was no significant effect (P>0,05) of the treatments on DMI, OMI, CPI, feed conversion and ADG. Treatment P2 with the highest CP content (22,5%) gave results of DMI, OMI, CPI (44,66; 41,97; 8,48 g/kg BW 0.75 /day) but treatment P3 have the highest ADG (390 g/head/day) respectively and the lowest feed conversion (2,23), compared with the other of feed treatments. It could be concluded that concentrate containing 20,55 to 23,11% CP, did not give significant effect on feed intake, AVG and feed conversion, but the cost to produce 1 kg of body weight of each treatment were CP 23,11% the best effect. It was suggested calves was given P3 concentrate containing 23,11% CP.
