Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efek (Sauropus Androgynus (L). Merr) dalam pakan di profil darah dan respon imun dari kelinci menyusui. Bahan penelitian yang digunakan adalah 24 kelinci wanita. Perawatan diet yang digunakan adalah p0 (pakan kontrol), p1 (pakan kontrol 99% + 1% katasis bubuk), p2 (pakan kontrol 98% + 2% katuk cuti bubuk) dan (97% pakan kontrol + 3% katas bubuk) . Variabel penelitian ini adalah total cholestrol (MG / DL), glukosa (MG / DL), kreatinin (MG / DL) dan respons imun. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan blok acak, jika perbedaan antara perawatan terjadi, itu akan diikuti oleh Duncans Multiple Range Test. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perawatan tidak memberikan efek signifikan (p & gt. 0,05) pada respons kreatinin dan imun dalam serum darah, nilai tertinggi yang ditunjukkan pada P1 (1,05 ± 0,15) dan p1 (205,7 ± 9,03). Di sisi lain, itu memberikan efek yang signifikan (p & lt. 0,05) pada kolesterol total dan glukosa nilai tertinggi p0 (51,17 ± 2,65) dan p0 (126 ± 5,55) masing-masing. Disarankan untuk menggunakan campuran lebih dari 3% daun katuk dalam bentuk pelet dengan spesies yang sama dari pemuliaan kelinci.
English Abstract
The research was carriedout to evaluate effect of ( Sauropus androgynus (L). Merr) in feed on blood profiles and immune response of lactating rabbits. Research materials used were 24 female rabbits. Dietary treatments used were P0 (control feed), P1 (99 % control feed + 1 % katuk leave powder), P2 (98 % control feed + 2 % katuk leave powder) and (97 % control feed + 3 % katuk leave powder). Variables of this research were total cholestrol (mg/dl), glucose (mg/dl), creatinine (mg/dl) and immune response. The research was designed by using Randomized Block Design,if a difference between treatmens occured, it will be followed by Duncans Multiple Range Test. The results of statistical analysis showed that the treatments did not give significant effect (P>0,05) on creatinine and immune response in blood serum, the highest values shown in P1 (1.05±0.15) and P1 (205.7±9.03) respectively. On the other hand, it gave significant effect (P<0,05) on total cholesterol and glucose the highest values of P0 (51.17±2.65) and P0 (126±5.55) respectivety. It is recommended to use a mixture of more than 3 % katuk leaves in the form of pellets with the same species of breeding rabbits.
