Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minuman keras ibu yang difermentasi sebagai aditif pakan pada pemberian energi metabolisable dan digesbilitas protein di broiler. Bahan yang digunakan adalah FML, dedak jagung dan konsetrat. Eksperimen diatur dalam desain acak lengkap dengan lima pengobatan, pakan kontrol P0 without fml, p1 pakan kontrol + 1,5% FML (Fermentasi Mother Liquor), P2: Pakan Kontrol + 3% FML (P3: Kontrol), P3: Kontrol Umpan + 4,5% FML (minuman induk fermentasi), p4: Pakan kontrol + 6% FML (minuman keras fermentasi) Setiap perawatan direplikasi empat kali. Data yang diperoleh dikenai analisis varians dan perbedaan antara rata-rata analisis dengan uji rentang ganda Duncan (DMRT). Variabel yang diukur adalah kecernaan protein, energi metabolisasi dan energi metabolisable yang dikoreksi nitrogen. Dari penelitian ini, hasil kecernaan protein, energi metabolisasi dan energi metabolisasi yang dikoreksi nitrogen secara signifikan berbeda (P & GT. 0,01). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang digunakan dari 3% FML pada broiler memberikan hasil terbaik untuk kecernaan protein (72,915 ± 1,605%) ,, energi metabolisasi (3215 ± 26.572 kkal / kg) dan metabolisable yang dikoreksi nitrogen GY (3502 ± 40.756 kkal / kg).

English Abstract

The aims of this research was to know effect of Fermented Mother Liquor as feed additive on feed metabolizable energy and protein digesbility in broiler. The material used were FML ,corn bran and concetrate. The experiment was arranged in completely Randomized Design with five treatment , P0 control feed withtout FML, P1 control feed + 1,5 % FML ( Fermented Mother Liquor), P2 : control feed + 3 % FML (Fermented Mother Liquor), P3 : control feed + 4,5 % FML (Fermented Mother Liquor), P4 : control feed + 6 % FML (Fermented Mother Liquor) every treatment was replicated four times. Data obtained were subjected to analysis of the variance and differences between mean were analysis with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The variables measured were protein digestibility, metabolizable energy and nitrogen-corrected metabolizable energy. From this research, the result of protein digestibility, metabolizable energy and nitrogen-corrected metabolizable energy were significantly different (P>0,01). It can be concluded that used of 3% FML in broiler was give the best result for protein digestibility(72.915 ± 1.605%),, metabolizable energy (3215 ± 26,572 Kkal/kg) and nitrogen-corrected metabolizable ener gy (3502 ± 40,756 Kkal/kg).
