Abstract
Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan di koperasi `Tani Wilis` di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan satu bulan dari 1 St Juni hingga 30 Juni tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama koperasi sudah diimplementasikan 5 pilar TQM. Itu diwakili oleh kepemimpinan pilar pertama, mengenai kesejahteraan anggota koperasi untuk pilar kedua, hubungan dorong antara karyawan untuk memenuhi Clien puas untuk pilar ketiga. Mengontrol Bahan Baku Untuk Pilar Keempat dan Jaminan Kualitas Produk Elaborasi untuk Pilar Kelima. Kedua TQM telah mengindikasikan kinerja keuangan yang baik seperti meningkatnya tren laba selama empat tahun hingga 13,39%. Namun tren Fluktuatif telah ditemukan dalam GPM, NPM, ROI, ROE dengan nilai tertinggi 122,95%, masing-masing 18,67%, 0,57%, 1,36%.
English Abstract
This data collection was conducted in "Tani Wilis" cooperatives at regency of Tulungagung. Data collection were carried out one month from 1 st June to 30 th June year 2012. The result showed that firstly cooperatives was already implemented 5 pillars of TQM. It was represented by participate leadership of the first pillar, concerning in cooperatives member welfare for second pillar, thrusting relationship between employees in order to meet clien satisfied for third pillar. Controlling raw material for fourth pillar and elaborating product quality assurance for fifth pillar. Secondly the TQM has indicated a good financial performance such as the increasing trend of profit during four years up to 13.39 %. However fluktuatif trend has found in GPM, NPM, ROI, ROE with the highest value 122.95 %, 18.67 %, 0.57 %, 1.36 % respectively.
