Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium lapangan Sumber Sekar, Kecamatan DAU, Kabupaten Malang. Itu dimulai dari 29 Agustus hingga 30 November 2010. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberi suplemen asam amino yang dilindungi oleh tanin (CT) kondensasi pada asupan pakan, kecernaan, retensi nitrogen dan glukosa darah dalam kambing susu menyusui. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain blok acak yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan empat blok kambing susu laktasi berdasarkan produksi susu. Perawatan adalah p 0 = 50% hijauan + 50% konsentrat (kontrol), p 1 = p 0 + 12 g asam amino (yang terdiri dari 6 g casein + 3,6 g lisin + 2,4 g metionin) dilindungi oleh 10% dari CT Dari total asam amino, p 2 = p 0 + 15 g asam amino (yang terdiri dari 7,5 g casein + 4,5 g lisin + 3 g metionin) dilindungi oleh 10% CT dari total asam amino, p 3 = p 0 + 18 g asam amino (yang terdiri dari 9 g casein + 5,4 g lisin + 3,6 g metionin) dilindungi oleh 10% dari CT dari total asam amino. Parameter yang diukur adalah asupan dan kecernaan bahan organik, retensi nitrogen dan konsentrasi glukosa darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian suplemen asam amino yang dilindungi oleh tanin terkondensasi pada kambing susu laktasi bukan pengaruh signifikan (p & gt. 0,05) pada asupan bahan organik (OMI), kecernaan bahan organik (OMD) dan retensi nitrogen, tetapi itu signifikan pada gula darah. Perawatan konsentrasi glukosa darah pada p 0, p 1, p 2 dan p 3 adalah 43,50 ± 19,56. 45,75 ± 20,35. 47,25 ± 21,17. 48.50 ± 21.71 (mg / 100ml). Disimpulkan bahwa pengobatan terbaik adalah P 3 yang menunjukkan peningkatan asupan pakan, kecernaan, retensi nitrogen dan glukosa darah pada kambing susu laktasi.

English Abstract

The study was conducted in Field Laboratorium of Sumber Sekar, Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. It was started from August 29 to November 30, 2010. The study aimed to evaluate the influence of giving amino acid supplement protected by condensed tannin (CT) on feed intake, digestibility, nitrogen retention and blood glucose in lactating dairy goat. The research design used Randomized Block Design consisting of four treatments and of four lactation dairy goat blocks based on milk production. The treatment was P 0 = 50% forage + 50% concentrate (control), P 1 = P 0 + 12 g of amino acid (which consists of 6 g casein + 3.6 g lysine + 2.4 g methionine) protected by 10% of CT from the amino acid total, P 2 = P 0 + 15 g of amino acid (which consists of 7.5 g casein + 4.5 g lysine + 3 g methionine) protected by 10% of CT from the amino acid total, P 3 = P 0 + 18 g of amino acid (which consists of 9 g casein + 5.4 g lysine + 3.6 g methionine) protected by 10% of CT from the amino acid total. The measured parameters were intake and digestibility of organic matter, nitrogen retention and blood glucose concentration. The result of study showed that giving amino acid supplement protected by condensed tannin on lactation dairy goat was not significance influence (P>0.05) on Organic Matter Intake (OMI), Organic Matter Digestibility (OMD) and retention nitrogen, but it was significant on blood glucose. Treatments of blood glucose concentration in P 0 , P 1 , P 2 and P 3 were 43.50 ± 19.56; 45.75 ± 20.35; 47.25 ± 21.17; 48.50 ± 21.71 (mg/100ml). It was concluded that the best treatment was P 3 which showed the increase of feed intake, digestibility, nitrogen retention and blood glucose in lactation dairy goat.
