Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sektor pariwisata Kota Batu menyebabkan banyaknya perusahaan bermunculan, kepala Seksi Pembinaan dan Pengembangan UMKM Dinas Koperasi, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Diskoperindag) Kota Batu mengatakan di Kota Batu telah berdiri kurang lebih 14.000 UMKM, dimana 60% diantaranya adalah bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman olahan. Salah satu perusahaan tersebut adalah CV. Cita Mandiri yang telah memproduksi lebih dari 50 jenis produk olahan agribisnis, dimana produk yang permintaannya sedang mengalami peningkatan pada akhir tahun 2017 adalah keripik kentang, stik ubi, dan marning jagung yang mampu mencapai 1 ton/bulan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen rantai pasok seperti apa yang diterapkan, tingkat kinerja masing-masing rantai pasok, dan kendala apa yang ditemukan pada produk keripik kentang, stik ubi, dan marning jagung CV. Cita Mandiri. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference), dari hasil analisis strategi diketahui bahwa manajemen rantai pasok yang diterapkan pada masing-masing produk memiliki kesamaan, namun pengukuran nilai kinerja rantai pasok pada masing-masing produk berbed

English Abstract

Growth and development of Batu City tourism sector caused many companies to emerge, the head of Development Section UMKM Cooperative Trade and Industry Office (Diskoperindag) Batu City said that Batu City has established approximately 14,000 UMKM, of which 60% are engaged in food and drinks. One of these companies is CV. Cita Mandiri which has produced more than 50 different types of agribusiness products, where the demand for products that are increasing at the end of 2017 are potato chips, sweet potato sticks, and corn marning which can reach 1 ton / month. The main purpose of this research is to know what kind of supply chain management applied, the level of performance of each supply chain, and what problems are found in potato chips, sweet potato sticks, and corn marning at CV. Cita Mandiri. The data were analyzed using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) methods. From the strategy analysis it was found that supply chain management applied to each product had similarities, but the measurement of supply chain performance in each product was different
