Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Jantur dan Pesanggrahan di wilayah kerja sama unit desa Batu, Batu sejak 23 April hingga 23 Mei 2009. Tujuannya adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menggambarkan motivasi peternak sapi perah ke institusi kerja sama, faktor-faktor terkait dengan motivasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 peternak sapi perah, anggota Kerjasama Unit Desa Batu. Sampel dipilih secara sederhana adalah memilih sampel acak yang dipilih. Penelitian ini digunakan metode survei dan lokasi penelitian dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,33 persen petani memiliki motivasi rendah, 16,67 persen memiliki motivasi menengah dan 40 persen memiliki motivasi tinggi ke lembaga kerja sama faktor yang signifikan dengan motivasi petani adalah tingkat pendidikan 9RS = 0,4895), pengetahuan tentang kerjasama 9RS = 0,8746), kepemilikan ternak (RS = 0,3579), kepemilikan tanah (RS = 0,3104), pendapatan keluarga 9RS = 0,4420). Variabel yang tidak signifikan dengan motivasi adalah usia (RS = 0,0458), jumlah anggota keluarga 9RS = 0,26730. Motivasi peternak sapi perah di desa Jantur tidak berbeda dengan petani Pesanggrahan. Ini ditunjukkan oleh Chi Square Test, X Count = 0,554
English Abstract
The research was carried out in Jantur and Pesanggrahan village at territory of BATU Village Unit Cooperation, Batu since 23 April until 23 May 2009. the objective was to investigate and described the motivation of dairy farmer to cooperation institution,the related factors with motivation. The sample of this research was 60 dairy cattle farmers,member of BATU Village Unit Cooperation. The sample was chosen by simple was chose chosen random sampling. This research was used survey method and the research location was chosen by purposive sampling. The result showed that 43.33 percent farmers have low motivation, 16,67 percent have middle motivation and 40 percent have high motivation to cooperation institution the related factor which significant with farmer motivation were level of education 9rs= 0,4895), knowledge about cooperation 9rs= 0,8746),livestock ownership (rs = 0,3579), land ownership (rs = 0,3104), family income 9rs= 0,4420). The variable which not significant with the motivation were ages (rs= 0,0458),the number of family member 9rs= 0,26730. motivation of dairy cattle farmers at the jantur village was not significantly different with Pesanggrahan farmers. This was shown by Chi Square test, x count= 0,554
