RobbyMargoUtomo (2009) Pengaruh steaming up dengan kadar protein pakan berbeda terhadap kadar total solid dan solid non fat kolostrum sapi perah FH (friesian holstein). Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
The research was heed in Dairy cooperation SAE, Pujon sub District, Malang regency, and also in Laboratory of Dairy Cattle, Animal Husbandry Faculty, Brawijaya University It was done from June until August 2007. The purpose of the research is to know the influences of steaming up with different level of protein to TS and SNF colostrum of Friesian Holstein cattle. The research method was experiment with steaming up feeding with 16% and 14% crude protein. The data collections were TS and SNF of colostrum from 20 head of second lactation of FH dairy cattle. The data was analyzed by using t-test non couple. The average percentages of TS of each treatment are 13.18±3.09 (P1) and 13.31+2.11 (P2). The average percentages of SNF are 9.63+2.68 (P1) and 960+278 (P2). The conclusion is there is no significant different of TS and SNF in FH’S colostrum, which fed protein 16% and 14% during steaming up period. The suggestion is the dairy cattle can be fed 14% percent of crude protein in order to minimized fed cost.
