Abstract

PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk Cabang Malang merupakan perusahaan distributor yang bergerak di bidang farmasi seperti obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan. Dari proses bisnis yang dijalankan, terdapat beberapa potensi permasalahan yang menggangu proses pendistribusian barang. Kehabisan stok barang, penumpukkan stok barang, dan proses yang memakan waktu lama serta pengarsipan yang kurang optimal merupakan permasalahan yang didapatkan pada proses bisnis yang berjalan. Dibutuhkan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise untuk melakukan analisis dan evaluasi dalam memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan serta dilakukan perbaikan proses bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) dan metode TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, analisis Fit/Gap untuk menganalisis dan evaluasi proses bisnis dan Business Process Reenginering (BPR) untuk melakukan perbaikan. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan pada proses bisnis saat ini (As Is) dan proses bisnis rekomendasi (To Be) pada pemesanan barang didapatkan bahwa mengalami peningkatan pada Time Analysis mencapai 76,02%. Proses bisnis rekomendasi dapat meminimalisir permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa proses bisnis rekomendasi (To Be) dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan dan aktifitas yang berjalan semakin efektif dan efisien.

English Abstract

PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk Malang is a distributor company which engaged in the field of pharmaceuticals such as medicines and medical equipment. From the business process that runs, there are some potential problems that disrupt the process of distributing goods. Out of stock of goods, stockpiling of goods, and long time processes also unoptimal archiving processes becomes the problem for the business process. It takes the enterprise architecture It takes an enterprise architecture planning to perform analysis and evaluation to maximize the company's performance in achieving the objectives as well as improving the business process. This research uses Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) method to identify requirement, Fit / Gap analysis to analyze and evaluate business process and Business Process Reenginerin (BPR) to make improvement. From the results of simulations conducted on the current business process (As Is) to business process recommendations (To Be) on ordering goods found that Time Analysis incrase to 76.02%. Business process recommendations can minimize the problems that occur in the company. It can be concluded that the business process recommendation (To Be) can increase the added value for the company and activity that runs more effective and efficient.
