Abstract

UD. Tomaru Oto merupakan sebuah diler pembelian mobil yang berlokasi di Mamajang, Ujungpandang Makassar. UD. Tomaru Oto menjual mobil-mobil, baik dalam keadaan baru maupun bekas. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, UD. Tomaru Oto masih melakukannya secara manual, baik pencatatan data penjualan dan pembelian, pencatatan status pembeli, serta pengelolaan data pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang ada. Pemilik UD. Tomaru Oto mencatat seluruh transaksi secara manual pada buku kuitansi sehingga apabila buku kuitansi hilang maka seluruh data terkait pencatatan pembelian dan penjualan akan hilang. Selain itu status pembeli tidak dicatat dan hanya mengandalkan ingatan pemilik, sehingga seringkali pemilik lupa apakah pembeli sudah melunasi transaksi atau masih belum melunasi transaksi. Permasalahan lain yaitu tidak adanya rekapitulasi pendapatan dan pengeluaran per bulan sehingga pemilik tidak bisa memperkirakan rencana untuk bulan berikutnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk showroom mobil (SISMOB) di UD. Tomaru Oto. Untuk membangun sistem informasi, dibutuhkan analisis persyaratan dan perancangan sistem, agar sistem yang diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan proses implementasi sistem dapat berjalan dengan lebih mudah dan dengan risiko yang lebih kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan proses bisnis, menganalisis spesifikasi persyaratan dan perancangan sistem, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil spesifikasi persyaratan dan rancangan antarmuka sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan BPMN untuk memodelkan proses bisnis serta pendekatan berorientasi objek untuk analisis dan perancangan sistem. Evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pada tiga use case, prototipe dan matriks kerunutan . Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa model proses bisnis saat ini dan usulan, fitur dan spesifikasi persyaratan sistem, model interaksi, model data dan antarmuka sistem serta hasil evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa setiap persyaratan dapat dilacak ke dalam fitur, kebutuhan dan model diagram. Hasil tinjauan menunjukan bahwa alur pengguna sudah sesuai dengan alur pada spesifikasi use case. Informasi yang dibutuhkan sudah tercakup ke dalam sistem dan respon sistem sudah sesuai dengan harapan pengguna.

English Abstract

UD. Tomaru Oto is a dealer of car purchase which is located in Mamajang, Ujungpandang Makassar. UD. Tomaru Oto sold cars, both new and secondhand in the circumstances. In carrying out its business, UD. Tomaru Oto still do it manually, both sales and purchase data recording, the recording of the status of the buyer, as well as the management of income and expenditure data. The Owner Of The UD. Tomaru Oto records the entire transaction manually on the book receipts so that when the book receipts lost all related data recording of purchases and sales will be lost. In addition the status of buyers are not recorded and only relying on your memory to the owner, so often the owner forget whether the buyer has already paid off the transaction or still not pay off the transaction. Another problem, namely the absence of recapitulation of the income and expenditure per month so that the owner can not estimate the plan for the next month. Based on these problems then needed an information system for the showroom car (SISMOB) at UD. Tomaru Oto. To build the information system, we need analysis and design requirements to accurately transform systems requirement into the final product. The purposes of this study include business process modeling, the analysis of requirements specification and system design, and the evaluation of the results of the specification requirements. The results of this research are a current business process modeling and proposals, features and system requirements specification, modeling classes, interaction, data , system interface requirements specification and the evaluation results using prototype and traceability matrix. The results of this research is a model of current business processes and proposals, features and system requirements specification. interaction models, data models and interfaces as well as the results of the evaluation system. The evaluation results showed that each of the requirements can be tracked to the features, needs and the model diagram. Results of the review showed that the grooves are in accordance with the groove on the specifics of use case. Information that needed is included into the system and the system response is in accordance with user expectations.
