Abstract
Analisa karakteristik biologi ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus Peters) di Waduk Sutami Kec. Sumberpucung Kab. Malang dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus – Oktober 2015. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi parameter biologis ikan nila, dengan mengetahui kondisi parameter biologis maka dapat dijadikan referensi upaya pelestarian sumberdaya ikan nila di Waduk Sutami.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ada 2 yaitu data primer dan sekunder.Berdasarkan hasil analisa pertumbuhan dilihat dari panjang dan berat ikan nila termasuk kedalam pola pertumbuhan allometrik negative dengan didapat nilai b<3 yang tergolong pertumbuhan ikan nila termasuk panjang dan kurus, hasil analisis paling banyak adalah TKG III sebanyak 74 ekor ikan. Hasil pengamatan TKG yang paling sedikit adalah TKG VIII sebanyak 1 ekor ikan. Hasil GSI didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,0067% - 0,0173%. Pada perhitungan panjang pertama kali matang gonad (Lm) didapatkan hasil sebesar 19,47 cm, Pengamatan sex ratio didapatkan perbandingan 1 : 2,22 atau 31 % : 69%, dari total sampel 300 ekor ikan. Data parameter kualitas air yang diperoleh yaitu suhu sebesar 300C, pH sebesar 8 dan DO sebesar 7,61 mg/l. Hasil pengamatanfitoplankton ditemukan 3 filum, yaitu Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta dan Chyanophyta. Hasil perhitungan kelimpahan fitoplakton di Waduk Sutami adalah 2.663.541 ind/l, artinya perairan di Waduk Sutami termasuk ke dalam perairan mesotrofik.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian diatas bahwa ikan nila yang ditangkap masih dibawah ukuran panjang pertama kali matang gonad.Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya kelompok – kelompok nelayan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan wilayah tangkapan di Waduk Sutami.
English Abstract
Analysis of the biologic characteristics of tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus Peters) in Reservoirs Sutami Sumberpucung resident, Malang regency was implemented in August-October 2015. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of the fish tilapia, by knowing biological parameters then the condition can become reference resource conservation fish tilapia in Reservoirs Sutami. Data collection Methods used there are 2 namely primary and secondary data.Based on the results of the analysis of the growth seen from the length and weight of fish including tilapia into the pattern of growth with negative allometrik obtained the value of b < 3 growth of fish including tilapia are long and skinny, the result of analysis is most WGP III 74 tail fish. The observations that are at least as much 1 WGP VIII is the tail of the fish. The results obtained by GSI values of 0,0067%-0,0173%. On the calculation of the length of the first ripe gonads (Lm) obtained as a result of 19,47 cm, observations of sex ratio obtained comparison 1: 2,22 or 31% : 69%, out of a total sample of 300 tail fish. Water quality parameter data is obtained. The temperature of 30°C, pH of 8 and DO amounted to 7.61 mg/l. Results of observations of phytoplankton found 3 phylum Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta and Chyanophyta. Fitoplakton galore is the calculation result 2.663.541 ind/l, which means that the water in the reservoir waters belong to the Sutami is eutrofik.The conclusion that can be drawn from the above research that fish caught tilapia still under length first ripe gonads.Follow-up of this study is the need for groups of fishermen to do the maintenance of the reservoirs in the catchment area.
