Abstract
PT. Aerofood Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang berdiri dibawah garis komando perusahaan induk Badan Usaha Milik Negara yaitu PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. PT. Aerofood Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam layanan jasa in-flight catering services. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari perusahaan PT. Aerofood Indonesia menggunakan teknologi informasi sebagai sumber pendukung dalam kegiatan bisnis untuk menunjang infrastruktur dan komunikasi layanan jasa in-flight catering services. Dengan diterapkannya teknologi informasi pada perusahaan PT. Aerofood Indonesia terdapat permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada layanan teknologi informasi perusahaan. Permasalahan ini tentu membutuhkan solusi untuk memahami tingkatan permasalahan dalam TI yang telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan PT. Aerofood Indonesia. Untuk itu perlu adanya proses yang difokuskan dalam permasalahan yang muncul. Permasalahan ini mengacu pada domain DSS yang ada pada framework COBIT versi 5. Perlu adanya proses evaluasi untuk dapat membantu untuk memberikan informasi serta rekomendasi yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan dalam TI perusahaan PT. Aerofood Indonesia. Proses evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan metode COBIT yaitu Process Assesment Model. Dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan perusahaan ini mendapatkan nilai (as-is) untuk subdomain DSS01 berada pada level 3, dan nilai kapabilitas (as-is) untuk subdomain DSS02 berada pada level 2, sedangkan nilai (as-is) untuk subdomain DSS03 berada pada level 2. Serta dalam melakukan penilaian ditemukan kesenjangan berdasarkan nilai kapabilitas yang diharapkan (to-be) sebesar 1,0. Dalam hal ini departemen IT yang ada pada perusahaan menginginkan harapan yang dapat dicapai berada pada satu level tingkat diatasnya. Agar perusahaan dapat memenuhi target yang diinginkan, maka evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk keputusan yang strategis.
English Abstract
PT. Aerofood Indonesia was company that had been appointed together with the command of State-Owned Enterprises namely PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. PT. Aerofood Indonesia is a company engaged in in-flight services catering services. In the daily operational activities PT. Aerofood Indonesia uses information technology as a source of support in business activities to support infrastructure and communication services in-flight catering services. With the application of information technology at PT. Aerofood Indonesia there was problems that often occured in corporate information technology services. This problem would required a solution to understand the level of problems in IT that has been implemented by the company PT. Aerofood Indonesia. For that we need a process that is focused in the problems that arise. This problem refered to the existing DSS domain in the framework COBIT version 5. Need an evaluation process to be able to help to provided information and recommendations that are beneficial to the company in order to overcome the problems in the IT company PT. Aerofood Indonesia. The evaluation process is based on COBIT method that is Process Assessment Model. From the results of the evaluation the company is getting the as-is for the subdomain DSS01 is at level 3, and the as-is for the subdomain DSS02 is at level 2, while the as-is for subdomain DSS03 is at level 2. And doing the assessment founded the gap based on the value of the expected capability (to-be) of 1.0. In this case the existing IT department at the company want expectations that can be achieved at one level above level. In order for the company to meet the desired target, this evaluation was expected to help the company to make strategic decisions.
