Abstract

Jeruk (Citrus nobilis Lour) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang mendapat prioritas untuk dikembangkan, karena usahatani jeruk memberikan keuntungan yang tinggi, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pendapatan petani. Di samping itu, jeruk merupakan buah-buahan yang digemari masyarakat baik sebagai buah segar maupun olahan dan dapat dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat berpendapatan rendah hingga yang berpendapatan tinggi. Sebagai komoditas yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi, sudah selayaknya pengembangan usahatani jeruk ini mendapat perhatian yang besar. Jeruk keprok Batu 55 merupakan salah satu varietas lokal unggulan di Indonesia dan telah menjadi primadona di Jawa Timur, dengan sentra pengembangannya di kabupaten Malang dan kota Batu dengan luasan ± 565 ha. saat ini telah berkembang ke luar daerah Jatim yaitu di Jateng, Jabar, Sumut, Jambi, Sulsel, Papua dan Aceh dengan total benih tersebar minimal sebanyak 414.425 pohon atau setara luasan 828 ha. (Sugiyatno, 2014). Jeruk keprok merupakan jenis tanaman tahunan yaitu jenis tanaman yang tidak secara langsung dapat berproduksi. Seringkali petani dalam hal ini tidak memperhatikan jenis tanaman tahunan apa yang dapat menghasilkan pendapatan yang dapat menghidupi keluarganya. Oleh karena itu para petani biasanya melakukan usahatani dalam satu kawasan dengan cara tumpangsari.untuk mengetahui layak tidaknya usahatani tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis kelayakan usahatani tanaman jeruk keprok pola tumpangsari dengan tanaman lainnya. Sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa besar pendapatan petani dari usahatani tanaman tahunan yaitu jeruk keprok yang diusahakan secara tumpangsari. Mengingat Desa Bulukerto merupakan salah satu desa yang diberikan subsidi bibit tanaman jeruk keprok oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Batu yang diharapkan dapat memperluas lahan jeruk keprok di Kota Batu serta dapat menambah pendapatan petani di desa Bulukerto yang sebagian besar petani apel mulai berkembang setelah produktivitas tanaman apel terus menyusut akibat iklim yang semakin panas. Tanaman jeruk keprok ini pun mulai dilirik sebagian petani untuk mengganti perkebunan apelnya yang sudah kurang produktif. Struktur biaya usahatani jeruk keprok tumpang sari dengan tanaman semusim yaitu cabai, brokoli, dan jahe di Desa Bulukerto Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu meliputi biaya tetap yaitu pajak lahan dan penyusutan peralatan sebanyak Rp. 32.587.500 dengan rata-rata biaya tetap per tahun Rp. 4.073.438 per hektar dan biaya variabel meliputi pupuk, pestisida, tenaga kerja sebanyak Rp. 533.643.500 dengan rata-rata biaya variabel per tahun Rp. 66.705.438/ha. Sehingga biaya total seluruhnya sebesar Rp. 581.413.000/ha/thn. Dengan rata-rata tiap tahunnya Rp. 72.676.625/ha. Tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh petani jeruk keprok yang di tumpang sarikan dengan tanaman semusim yaitu cabai, brokoli, dan jahe sebesar Rp. 630.107.000 dengan rata-rata pedapatan tiap tahunnya sebanyak Rp. 78.763.375/ha. Analisis finansial pada usahatani jeruk keprok tumpangsari dengan tanaman semusim di Desa Bulukerto diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 630.107.000, nilai IRR sebesar Rp. 55,63 persen, R/C Ratio sebesar 2,96, dan B/C Ratio sebesar 1,84. Sehingga secara finansial usahatani perkebunan pola tumpangsari tanaman jeruk keprok dengan tanaman semusim layak untuk dikembangkan. karena memenuhi kriteria nilai NPV lebih besar dari nol. IRR lebih besar dari 13 persen (suku bunga diskonto) dan nilai R/C ratio dan B/C Ratio lebih besar dari 1. Waktu yang diperlukan untuk pengembalian modal selama 9 bulan. Berdasarkan analisis kepekaan menunjukkan bahwa usahatani perkebunan pola tumpangsari tanaman jeruk keprok dengan tanaman semusim masih menghasilkan nilai NPV positif, R/C Ratio dan B/C Ratio lebih dari 1 serta IRR melebihi suku bunga diskonto sehingga dapat dikatakan layak untuk dikembangkan apabila terjadi perubahan biaya produksi maupun penerimaan sebesar 5 persen hingga 20 persen.

English Abstract

Orange (Citrus nobilis Lour) is one of the horticultural commodities which have priority to be developed, because the citrus farming highly profitable, so it can serve as a source of income of farmers. In addition, the citrus fruits are popular with the public good as fresh and processed fruit and can be consumed by low-income to high income. As a commodity that has high economic value, it is proper development of citrus farming is of great concern. Tangerines Batu 55 is one of the featured local varieties in Indonesia and has to be excellent in East Java, with development centers in the district of Malang and Batu city with an area of ± 565 ha. today has grown out of the region, namely in Central Java, East Java, West Java, North Sumatra, Jambi, South Sulawesi, Papua and Aceh with a total minimum of 414 425 seeds scattered trees or the equivalent area of 828 ha. So it can be known how much the income of farmers from farming annual crops are cultivated tangerines intercropped. Given village Bulukerto is one village given seed subsidy tangerines by the Regional Government of Batu City which is expected to expand land tangerines in Kota Batu and can increase the income of farmers in the village Bulukerto most apple farmers began to develop after the productivity of apple crop continues to shrink due to the climate gets warmer. The tangerine crop began ogled some farmers to replace the apple plantations become less productive. The cost structure of farming tangerines intercropping with annual crops are peppers, broccoli, and ginger in the village of Batu Bulukerto Bumiaji cover fixed costs, namely land tax and depreciation of equipment as much as Rp. 32.5875 million with an average fixed cost per year Rp. 4,073,438 per hectare and variable costs including fertilizer, pesticides, labor as much as Rp. 533 643 500 with an average of variable costs per year Rp. 66,705,438 / ha. So the total cost of Rp. 581 413 000 / ha / yr. With an average each year of Rp. 72,676,625 / ha.
