Abstract
Padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan komoditas pangan utama sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Lebih dari 95 persen penduduk Indonesia mengkonsumsi beras sebagai bahan pangan pokok. Dalam budidaya tanaman padi banyak kendala yang dihadapi petani, salah satunya adalah serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman. Hama yang banyak menyerang tanaman padi adalah penggerek batang padi. Sejak tahun 2014 sampai saat ini penggunaan perangkap lampu LED telah diterapkan oleh petani di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Menurut petani setempat, terdapat adanya hama dan musuh alami yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED. Penggunaan perangkap lampu LED oleh petani tidak diimbangi dengan pengamatan kerusakan tanaman padi akibat serangan penggerek batang padi. Sehingga tidak diketahui seberapa besar intensitas serangan penggerek batang padi dan seberapa banyak serangga yang terperangkap pada perangkap lampu LED tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keragaman arthropoda yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED pada pengamatan setiap jam selama tujuh hari berturut-turut, keragaman arthropoda yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED selama satu musim tanam, serta hubungan populasi imago penggerek batang padi yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED dengan intensitas serangan penggerek batang padi di lapang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2016 di Desa Mojopitu, Kecamatan Slahung, Kabupaten Ponorogo dan di Laboratorium Entomologi Jurusan Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi langsung di lapang. Parameter pengamatan yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah keragaman arthropoda yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED setiap jam selama tujuh hari berturut – turut pada fase vegetatif dan generatif, arthropoda, musuh alami dan populasi imago penggerek batang padi yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED selama satu musim tanam padi, dan intensitas serangan penggerek batang padi pada jangkauan perangkap lampu LED. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, arthropoda yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED pada pengamatan setiap jam selama tujuh hari berturut-turut fase vegetatif sebanyak 9 famili dari 5 ordo serangga dan fase generatif sebanyak 6 famili dari 3 ordo serangga. Arthropoda yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED selama satu musim tanam padi sebanyak 19 famili dari 8 ordo. Spesies imago penggerek batang padi yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED di lapang adalah penggerek batang padi kuning Scirpophaga incertulas Walker (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae). Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,599 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan korelasi positif serta kriteria tingkat hubungan yang sedang antara populasi imago penggerek batang padi dengan intensitas serangan penggerek batang padi di lapang. Artinya, terdapat hubungan antara populasi imago penggerek batang padi yang tertangkap perangkap lampu LED dengan intensitas serangan penggerek batang padi di lapang. The mychorrhiza treatment of this research did not give effect to leave area eat by S. litura larvae and nutritional index of S. litura larvae. Control treatment showed that larvae can ate 50,708 part and in the 40 gram mychorrhizae dosage treatment showed that larvae can ate 52,238 part of leaf. The result nutritional indices of S. litura larvae showed that control treatment has relative growth rate (RGR) value about 0,01222 and 0,01221 in 40 grams mychorrhizae dosage treatment. The relative consumption rate (RCR) value in control treatment about 0,04140 and 0,03924 in 40 grams mycorrhizae dosage treatment. The digested food estimate (AD) value in control treatment about 70,44867% and 68,63336% in 40 grams mycorrhizae dosage treatment. The nutritional indice of S. litura larvae showed no different results after analyzed.
English Abstract
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) are mostly prime food commodities of Indonesian society. More than 95 percent of the Indonesian population consume rice as a staple food. Obstacles by farmers in rice cultivation that is attack of organism bullies plants. Pests that attack the rice plant is rice stem borer. Since the year 2014 to date used a LED lights trap have been applied by farmers in Nganjuk Regency. According to local farmers, there are pests and natural enemies that caught a LED light trap. The used of LED light trap by farmers are not followed by the damage observation of rice plant by rice stem borer. So, that unknown how large the intensity of rice stem borer attack and how many insects trapped in the LED lights trap. The purpose of this research is to know the diversity an arthropods caught of LED light trap on observations every hour for seven consecutive days, diversity of arthropods caught of LED light trap for one growing season, and the relationship of population of rice stem borer that caught of LED light trap with an intensity attack of rice stem borer in the fields. This research was held on January to April 2016 in the Mojopitu Village, Slahung Sub- District, Ponorogo Regency and in the Laboratory of Entomologi Department of Pest and Plant Disease Faculty of Agriculture University of Brawijaya Malang. This research used a method of direct observation in the field. Parameters observation in this research is the diversity of arthropods caught LED light trap every hour for seven consecutive days at the vegetative and generative phase, arthropods, natural enemy and population of rice stem borer caught of LED light trap for one growing season, and intensity attack of rice stem borer in the range of LED lights trap. Based on the research results, the arthropods caught of LED light trap on observations every hour for seven consecutive days at the vegetative phases there are 9 family of the 5 orders of insects and the generative phases there are 6 family of the 3 orders of insects. An arthropods that caught a LED light trap for a rice growing season there are 19 family of the 8 order. Species of rice stem borer moth that caught a LED light trap in the field are yellow rice stem borer Scirpophaga incertulas Walker (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae). The value of correlation coefficient (r) = 0,599 indicated that there are positive correlation relationship and criteria for the level of relations there are currently between rice stem borer moth with the intensity of the attack rice stem borer in fields. It means, there are a relationship between the population of rice stem borer moth that caught of LED light trap with an intensity attack of rice stem borer in the fields.
