Abstract

Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merr.) Adalah Tanaman Kacang-Kacangan (Leguminosae) Yang Menjadi Komoditas Tanaman Pangan Penting Karena Tingginya Kandungan Protein. Kedelai Merupakan Tanaman Multifungsi Yang Dapat Dimanfaatkan Untuk Bahan Pangan Utama, Pakan Ternak Atau Bahan Baku Industri. Pertumbuhan Penduduk Yang Meningkat Dari Tahun Ke Tahun Menyebabkan Tingginya Kebutuhan Akan Tanaman Kedelai. Namun, Jumlah Permintaan Yang Terus Meningkat Tidak Diimbangi Dengan Produksi Kedelai Nasional Yang Semakin Menurun. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Pyraclostrobin Terhadap Efisiensi Penyerapan Nitrogen, Laju Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai. Hipotesis Yang Diajukan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Pemberian Pyraclostrobin Dapat Meningkatkan Laju Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai. Penelitian Ini Dilaksanakan Pada Tanggal 5 Juni 2013 Sampai 30 Agustus 2013 Di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya, Desa Jatikerto, Kecamatan Kromengan, Kabupaten Malang. Bahan Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Benih Kedelai Varietas Wilis, Pyraclostrobin, Polybag Ukuran 40x60 Cm, Air Dan Pupuk Anorganik Berupa Urea. Rancangan Yang Digunakan Ialah Rancangan Tersarang Yang Terdiri Dari 2 Faktor, Yaitu Aplikasi Pyraclostrobin (P) Dan Dosis Nitrogen (N). P0: Tanpa Aplikasi Pyraclostrobin, P1: Aplikasi Pyraclostrobin 400 Ml/Ha, N0: Tidak Dipupuk, N1: Dosis Pupuk N 10 Kg/Ha, N2: Dosis Pupuk N 20 Kg/Ha, N3: Dosis Pupuk N 30 Kg/Ha, N4: Dosis Pupuk N 40 Kg/Ha, N5: Dosis Pupuk N 50 Kg/Ha Dan N6: Dosis Pupuk N 60 Kg/Ha. Dalam Penelitian Ini Terdapat 10 Perlakuan Dan Diulang Sebanyak 3 Kali. Pengamatan Dilakukan Setelah Aplikasi Pyraclostrobin Setiap Satu Minggu Sekali. Data Yang Diperoleh Dianalisis Menggunakan Analisis Ragam Uji F Taraf 5% Yang Dilanjutkan Dengan Uji Perbandingan Antar Perlakuan. Perlakuan Yang Berbeda Nyata Akan Diuji Lebih Lanjut Dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (Bnt) Pada Taraf 5%. Hasil Pengamatan Menunjukkan Bahwa Perlakuan Pemberian Pyraclostrobin Memberikan Hasil Yang Berbeda Nyata, Baik Terhadap Komponen Pertumbuhan Dan Komponen Hasil Tanaman Kedelai. Mengenai Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai, Hasil Beda Nyata Berlaku Pada Semua Parameter, Yakni Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Daun Dan Jumlah Polong. Sedangkan Mengenai Hasil Tanaman, Pemberian Pyraclostrobin Memberikan Hasil Yang Berbeda Nyata Pada Parameter Jumlah Biji Per Tanaman, Berat Biji Per Tanaman, Bobot Segar, Bobot Kering Dan Kandungan Nitrogen Tanaman. Akan Tetapi, Pyraclostrobin Tidak Memberikan Hasil Yang Berbeda Nyata Terhadap Parameter Berat 100 Biji, Kandungan Amilosa Dan Protein Biji. Untuk Memperoleh Hasil Yang Maksimal, Tanaman Kedelai Yang Telah Diberi Pyraclostrobin Hanya Memerlukan Pupuk N Sebanyak 40 Kg/Ha. Sedangkan, Tanaman Yang Tidak Diaplikasikan Pyraclostrobin Membutuhkan Pupuk N Sesuai Dengan Dosis Anjuran Tanaman Kedelai Yaitu 50 Kg/Ha

English Abstract

Soybean (Glycine Max (L.) Merr.), Belongs To Bean (Leguminosae), Is A Prominent Commodity Crop Containing High Amount Of Protein. This Multifunctional Plant Of Soybean Can Be Benefitted As Main Substantial Food, Animal Feed And Industrial Material Of Production. In Addition, The Growth Of Inhabitant Greatly Contributes To The Increase Of Soybean Demand. This Condition, However, Is Not Fully Counter Balanced By The Decrease Of National Production Of Soybean. This Research Is Aimed At Understanding The Influence Of Pyraclostrobin Application Over The Efficiency Of Nitrogen Absorption, Growth Rate And Yield. Hypothesis Presented In This Research Is That Pyraclostrobin Application Is Able To Increase The Growth Rate And Yield Of Soybean. This Research Was Conducted On June 5, 2013 Till August 30, 2013 In Kebun Percobaan Faculty Of Agriculture University Of Brawijaya, Village Of Jatikerto, Subdistrict Of Kromengan, District Of Malang. Research Materials Used Are Soybean Seeds Variety Of Wilis, Pyraclostrobin, Polybag In Size Of 40x60 Cm, Water And Urea Fertilizer 46 % Nitrogen. Nested Design Is Applied In This Research Including Two Factors; The Application Of Pyraclostrobin (P) And Dose Of Nitrogen (N). P0: No Pyraclostrobin Applied, P1: Pyraclostrobin 400 Ml/Ha Applied, N0: No Fertilizer Given, N1: Fertilizer N 10 Kg/Ha Given, N2: Fertilizer N 20 Kg/Ha Given, N3: Fertilizer N 30 Kg/Ha Given, N4: Fertilizer N 40 Kg/Ha Given, N5: Fertilizer N 50 Kg/Ha Given, And N6: Fertilizer N 60 Kg/Ha Given. In This Research, There Are Fourteen Treatment Which Is Repeated Three Times Of Each. Observation Is Done After The Application Of Pyraclostrobin On Every Week. Data Were Analyzed Using Analysis Of Variance (F Test) With A Significance Level Of 5 %. Furthermore, To Determine The Differences Between Treatments, All Data Were Analyzed Using The Last Significant Difference Test (Lsd). These Two Treatments Show Significant Differences For Two Factors Studied In This Research; Growth And Yield Of Soybean. Regarding The Growth Of Soybean, Significant Differences Can Be Known On All Parameters; Height Of Plant, Number Of Leaves And Number Of Pod. Pyraclostrobin Application, In Terms Of Yield Of Soybean Plant, Shows Significant Differences Related To Number Of Seed Per Plant, The Weight Of Seed Per Plant, Fresh Weight, Dry Weight, And Nitrogen Content Of The Plant. However, It Does Not Show Any Significant Differences For Parameters Of Seed In Weight Of 100, Amylose Content And Seed’s Protein. In General, Soybean With Pyraclostrobin Application Merely Needs Fertilizer Nitrogen In The Amount Of 40 Kg/Ha For The Best Possible Yield, Whilst Applying No Pyraclostrobin In Plant Needs Fertilizer Nitrogen As Suggested I.E. 50 Kg/Ha
