Abstract

Padi ialah tanaman pangan yang menghasilkan beras sebagai sumber makanan pokok sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia. Pemakaian Biourine diharapkan dapat meningkatkan potensi hasil tanaman padi dan bahkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif budidaya tanaman secara organik. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Biourine pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk organik maupun anorganik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, untuk mendapatkan kombinasi yang terbaik pada aplikasi Biourine dan pupuk pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Hipotesis penelitian ialah aplikasi Biourine dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, aplikasi pupuk organik atau anorganik akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, kombinasi Biourine dan pupuk organik maupun anorganik dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dusun Ngujung, Bumiaji, Batu. Alat yang digunakan meliputi drum, penggaris, meteran, timbangan analitik, alat tulis dan kamera digital. Bahan yang digunakan benih padi varietas Ciherang, pupuk yang digunakan sesuai rekomendasi adalah urea, SP-36, KCl, phonska (15:15:15), kompos kotoran sapi, urine sapi, fases sapi, air, lengkuas, EM4, mikoriza, dan gula. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli - Desember 2013. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi (RPT) terdapat 12 perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Aplikasi Biourine (petak utama) dan aplikasi pupuk (anak petak) dengan 3 macam dan 2 dosis (B1P1) = Biourine + 300 kg ha-1 urea, 100 kg ha-1 SP36, 150 kg ha-1 KCl, (B1P2) = Biourine + 150 kg ha-1 urea, 50 kg ha-1 SP36, 75 kg ha-1 KCl, (B1P3) = Biourine + phonska 400 kg ha-1, (B1P4) = Biourine + phonska 200 kg ha-1, (B1P5) = Biourine + 20 t ha-1 kompos kotoran sapi, (B1P6) = Biourine + 10 t ha-1 kompos kotoran sapi, (BOP1) = 300 kg ha-1 urea, 100 kg ha-1 SP36, 150 kg ha-1 KCl, (BOP2) = 150 kg ha-1 urea, 50 kg ha-1 SP36, 75 kg ha-1 KCl, (B0P3) = phonska 400 kg ha-1, (B0P4) = phonska 200 kg ha-1, (B0P5) = 20 t ha-1 kompos kotoran sapi, (B0P6) =10 t ha-1 kompos kotoran sapi. Pengamatan dilakukan secara non destruktif dan destruktif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan dianalisis keragamannya dan diuji berdasarkan uji F 5%, dan apabila nyata akan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT dengan taraf 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Biourine dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi dengan menggunakan metode jajar legowo 4:1 yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah daun, luas daun, indeks luas daun, jumlah malai rumpun-1, jumlah bulir malai-1, berat 1000 butir, berat kering bulir rumpun-1, panen t ha-1 masing masing meningkat 8.06%, 21.6%, 16.6%, 29.2%, 29.7%, 19.09%, 17.1%, 3.1%, 11.3%, dan 11,2% dari hasil tanpa Biourine.

English Abstract

Rice is the main crop that produce the main food in Indonesia. Expectation application of Biourine is to increase the yield potential of rice and can be use for alternative organic cultivation. The purpose of this research are to discover the effect of Biourine application rice growth and yield, to discover the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer application on rice growth and yield, to discover the best combination of biourine and fertilizer on rice growth and yield. The hypothesis of this research are the Biourine application can increase rice growth and yield, the organic and inorganic fertilizer application can increase rice growth and yield, the best combination of biourine and organic or inorganic fertilizer can increase rice growth and yield. The research was conducted in the Ngujung, Bumiaji, Batu. The tools used include drum, ruler, meter, analytical balance, stationery and digital cameras. The materials used seed Ciherang rice crop, fertilizer urea, SP-36, KCl, phonska (15:15:15), cow compost, cow urine, cow fases, water, ginger, EM4, and sugar. Research began in July until December 2013. This research uses split plot design (SPD) there are 12 treatment and 3 replication. Biourine application (main plot) and fertilizer application (sub plot) with 3 kinds and 2 doses fertilizer application (B1P1) = Biourine + 300 kg ha-1 urea, 100 kg ha-1 SP-36, 150 kg ha-1 KCl, (B1P2) = Biourine + 150 kg ha-1 urea, 50 kg ha-1 SP-36, 75 kg ha-1 KCl, (B1P3) = Biourine + phonska 400 kg ha-1, (B1P4) = Biourine + phonska 200 kg ha-1, (B1P5) = Biourine + 20 t ha-1 cow compost, (B1P6) = Biourine + 10 t ha-1 cow compost, (B0P1) =300 kg ha-1 urea, 100 kg ha-1 SP-36, 150 kg ha-1 KCl, (B0P2) = 150 kg ha-1 urea, 50 kg ha-1 SP-36, 75 kg ha-1 KCl, (B0P3) = phonska 400 kg ha-1, (B0P4) = phonska 200 kg ha-1, (B0P5) = 20 t ha-1 cow compost, (B0P6) = 10 t ha-1 cow compost. Observations were made in non destructive and destructive. Data obtained from observations of variability are analyzed and tested by F test 5 % in accordance with the design of experiments, and in case of difference of treatment will be followed by LSD test at 5% level. The Results showed that the aplication Biourine can increase the gowth and yield of rice plants using the method of jajar legowo 4 : 1 produce length of plant, number of tillers, leaf area, number of leaves, leaf area index, panicles cluster-1, grains panicles-1, weight of 1000 grains, dry weight grain cluster-1, harvest t ha-1 increase 8.06%, 21.6%, 16.6%, 29.2%, 29.7%, 19.09%, 17.1%, 3.1%, 11.3%, and 11,2% from result without Biourine.
