Abstract

Mikroorganisme Endofit Merupakan Asosiasi Antara Mikroorganisme Dengan Jaringan Tanaman. Mikroba Endofit Dapat Memperoleh Nutrisi Untuk Melengkapi Siklus Hidup Dari Tumbuhan Inang, Begitu Juga Dengan Tumbuhan Inang Memperoleh Proteksi Terhadap Patogen Tumbuhan Dari Senyawa Yang Dihasilkan Mikroba Endofit. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Perbedaan Keanekaragaman Jamur Endofit Antara Daun Kangkung Darat Yang Dibudidayakan Di Lahan Pertanian Organik Dan Konvensional. Penellitian Ini Diharapkan Dapat Memberikan Informasi Yang Mendukung Bagi Penerapan Pertanian Organik Dan Menjadi Motivasi Bagi Petani Kangkung Darat Untuk Menerapkan Budidaya Kangkung Darat Dengan Sistem Organik. Penelitian Dilaksanakan Lahan Budidaya Kangkung Di Kecamatan Cemorokandang Dan Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan Jurusan Hama Dan Penyakit Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya, Malang. Penelitian Dilaksanakan Dari Bulan Februari Sampai Juli 2013. Eksplorasi Jamur Endofit Dilakukan Pada Daun Kangkung Darat Yang Dibudidayakan Dengan Sistem Pertanian Organik Dan Konvensional. Data Identifikasi Jamur Endofit Yang Didapatkan Dianalisis Keanekaragaman, Keseragaman, Dan Dominasi Setiap Genus Yang Diperolah, Kemudian Dibandingkan Antara Lahan Pertanian Organik Dengan Konvensional. Berdasarkan Hasil Identifikasi Pada Lahan Organik Didapatkan 47 Spesies Jamur Endofit Dengan Total 60 Koloni. Genus Jamur Endofit Yang Didapatkan, Yaitu : Aspergillus Sp., Aueroobasidium Sp., Botritys Sp., Cephalosporium Sp., Cladosporium Sp., Colletotrichum Sp., Fusarium Sp., Gloesporium Sp., Helminthosporium Sp., Monocillium Sp., Dan Penicillium Sp. Pada Lahan Konvesional Didapatkan 44 Spesies Jamur Endofit Dengan Total 57 Koloni. Genus Jamur Endofit Yang Didapatkan, Yaitu : Aspergillus Sp., Cephalosporium Sp., Colletotrichum Sp., Fusarium Sp., Gloesporium Sp., Helminthosporium Sp., Martensiomyces Sp., Monocillium Sp., Nigrospora Sp., Nodulsporium Sp., Dan Penicillium Sp. Indeks Keanekargaman (H’) Jamur Endofit Daun Kangkung Pada Lahan Organik Dan Konvensional Termasuk Dalam Kategori Tinggi. Namun, Nilai Indek Keanekaragaman Jamur Endofit Daun Kangkung Di Lahan Organik Lebih Tinggi Yaitu Dengan Nilai 3,785 Sedangkan Di Lahan Konvensional Bernilai 3,664. Proses Budidaya Tanaman Secara Organik Berpengaruh Dalam Menjaga Keanekaragaman Jamur Endofit. Indeks Dominasi (C) Jamur Endofit Daun Kangkung Pada Lahan Organik Dan Konvensional Termasuk Dalam Kategori Rendah. Namun, Nilai Indek Dominasi Jamur Endofit Daun Kangkung Di Lahan Konvensional Lebih Tinggi Yaitu Dengan Nilai 0,030 Sedangkan Di Lahan Organik Bernilai 0,024. Hal Tersebut Menunjukkan Bahwa Kondisi Keanekaragaman Dalam Jaringan Daun Yang Berbeda Di Lahan Organik Lebih Baik Daripada Di Lahan Konvensional Karena Di Lahan Organik Tidak Terdapat Dominasi Dari Satu Spesies

English Abstract

Endophytic Microorganism Is A Association Between Microorganism With Plant Tissue. It Could Get Nutrition To Complete The Life Cycle From The Host Plant. The Compound That Produced By Endophytic Microorganism Could Give Protection To The Host Plant From Attack Of Pathogens. This Research Aims To Know The Diversity Of Fungi On Kale Leaves Between Organic And Conventional Farming System. This Research Expects Could Give Information And Motivation That Support The Cultivation Of Kale Using Organic Farming System. The Research Was Conducted At Kale Field In Cemorokandang Sub District And Laboratory Of Phytopathology Department Of Pest And Plant Disease Faculty Of Agriculture Brawijaya University From February To July 2013. Exploration Of Endophytic Fungi Was Done To Kale Leaves That Cultivated By Organic And Conventional Field. Endophytic Fungi That Identified Were Analyzed On Diversity, Uniformmity, And Domination From Each Genus That Obtained. The Data Was Compared Between Organic And Conventional Field. There Are 60 Colonies Of Endophytic Fungi Were Identified From Organic Field, Consist Of 47 Species. Endophytic Fungi Were Grouped To Aspergillus Sp., Aueroobasidium Sp., Botritys Sp., Cephalosporium Sp., Cladosporium Sp., Colletotrichum Sp., Fusarium Sp., Gloesporium Sp., Helminthosporium Sp., Monocillium Sp., And Penicillium Sp. The Diversity Index Of Endophytic Fungi From Organic Field (3,785) Was Higher Than Conventional Field (3,664). Cultivation Using Organic System Influences The Diversity Of Endophytic Fungi. The Uniformmity Index (E) Of Endophytic Fungi In Organic And Conventional Field Was Grouped To High Uniformmity. The Uniformmity Index Of Endophytic Fungi From Organic Field (0,983) Was Higher Than Conventional Field (0,927). It Showed Stability Of Community. The Domination Index (C) Of Endophytic Fungi In Organic And Conventional Field Was Very Low. The Domination Index Of Endophytic Fungi From Organic Field (0,024) Was Lower Than Conventional Field (0,030). The Diversity From Organic Field Was Better Than Conventional Field Because Lack Of Domination From An Individual
