Abstract
Tingkat loyalitas merek konsumen merupakan salah satu input informasi yang penting bagi produsen sari apel kusuma agrowisata untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang cocok untuk menghadapi persaingan produk sari apel yang semakin kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat loyalitas merek konsumen sari apel kusuma agrowisata di tempat wisata Kusuma Agrowisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika tingkat loyalitas konsumen di daerah penelitian termasuk tinggi, dimana konsumen paling banyak berada pada tingkatan loyalitas merek commited buyer, sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yaitu : switcher sebanyak 17%, habitual buyer 67%, satisfied buyer 97%, liking of the brand 83%, commited buyer 100%. Sehingga dalam susunan piramida sesuai dengan piramida terbalik.
