Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan tenaga listrik menuntut sistem distribusi tenaga listrik mempunyai tingkat keandalan yang baik. Penentuan posisi sectionalizer sangat penting dalam meningkatkan keandalan sistem tenaga listrik. Penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi juga dapat meningkatkan indeks keandalan sistem distribusi. Indeks keandalan yang umum digunakan pada sistem distribusi adalah SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI. Nilai SAIFI, SAIDI dan CAIDI dapat dihitung berdasarkan frekuensi kegagalan dan durasi gangguan yang terjadi dalam satu tahun. Keandalan dapat disimpulkan lebih baik jika nilai SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI lebih kecil Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penempatan sectionalizer pada penyulang Pujon yang terhubung dengan pembangkit terdistribusi. Metode yang digunakan adalah optimasi dengan Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) dan Simulated Annealing (SA) menggunakan software Matlab R2015a. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai indeks keandalan (SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI) penyulang Pujon kondisi eksisting sebesar 7,1697 kali/tahun, 22,2411 jam/tahun, 3,1021 jam/tahun. Nilai indeks keandalan (SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI) saat kondisi penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi (mikrohidro dan wind turbine) turun menjadi 7,1154 kali/tahun, 22,0657 jam/tahun, dan 3,031 jam/tahun. Nilai indeks keandalan (SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI) saat kondisi relokasi sebanyak 16 sectionalizer kondisi penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi (mikrohidro dan wind turbine) dengan metode SA turun menjadi 4,0179 kali/tahun, 12,11745 jam/tahun, dan 3,030065 jam/tahun. Nilai indeks keandalan (SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI) saat kondisi relokasi sebanyak 16 sectionalizer kondisi penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi (mikrohidro dan wind turbine) dengan metode ACO turun menjadi 4,0093 kali/tahun, 12,0887 jam/tahun, dan 3,01516 jam/tahun.

English Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity demanded the power distribution system has a good reliability. The determination of sectionalizer position is very important in reliability of electrical power system. The addition of distributed generation can increase the reliability index too. Reliablity index used are SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI. The value of SAIFI, SAIDI and CAIDI can be calculated from the failure rate and the outage duration in a year. Reliability can be concluded better if SAIFI, SAIDI, dan CAIDI smaller. This research aimed to determined the placement of sectionalizer in Pujon feeder that connected with distributed generation. The method used are Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and Simulated Annealing (SA). Using Matlab R2015a. The results showed reliability index value (SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI) in existing condition are 7,1697 failure/year, 22,2411 hours/year, and 3,1021 hours/year. The reliability index value (SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI) after added by distributed generation (microhydro and wind turbine) are 7,1154 failure/year, 22,0657 hours/year, and 3,031 hours/year. The reliability index value (SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI) in relocation 16 sectionalizer condition after added by distributed generation (microhydro and wind turbine) using SA method are 4,0179 failure/year, 12,11745 hours/year, and 3,030065 hours/year. The reliability index value (SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI) in relocation 16 sectionalizer condition after added by distributed generation (microhydro and wind turbine) using ACO method are 4,0093 failure/year, 12,0887 hours/year, and 3,01516 hours/year.
