Abstract

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya akan terus mengalami persaingan. Salah satu satu strategi yang tepat ialah dengan mengelola supply chain dengan tepat. Terdapat dua tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam pengelolaan supply chain yaitu, kompleksitas struktur supply chain dan adanya ketidakpastian yang terjadi secara mendadak. Kondisi tersebut rentan terjadinya berbagai bentuk risiko yang berdampak pada proses bisnis perusahaan. Indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis risiko pada aktivitas rantai pasok adalah berdasarkan model SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) yaitu plan, source, make, distributor dan return. Tujuaan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi risiko pada aktivitas supply chain di PT. MBA, menganalisis pengelolaan penyebab terjadinya risiko pada aktivitas supply chain di PT. MBA dan menentukan strategi penanganan risiko yang terjadi pada aktivitas supply chain di PT. MBA. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan responden pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jenis judgement sampling. Responden tersebut yaitu manager produksi dan logistik PT. MBA. Responden tersebut ditentukan berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa manager produksi dan logistik PT. MBA mengetahui aktivitas supply chain, sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi risiko pada aktivitas rantai pasok. Analisis pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode HOR (House of Risk). Hasil penelitian mengenai pengelolaan risiko pada aktivitas supply chain pupuk organik di PT. MBA, yang menunjukan bahwa diperoleh 23 kejadian risiko dan terdapat 7 kejadian risiko yang memiliki nilai skala 4, menunjukan bahwa risiko memiliki pengaruh yang cukup tinggi terhadap aktivitas supply chain perusahaan sehingga membutuhkan tindakan penanganan yang sangat serius, karena apabila tidak segera dilakukan tindakan penanganan maka akan ii menyebabkan kerugian yang tinggi. Kejadian risiko tersebut yaitu keterlambatan penerimaan bahan baku dari pemasok (E6), pelaksanaan produksi tidak sesuai jadwal (E9), tidak dilakukannya proses produksi (E10), ketidaksesuaian kapasitas produksi dengan jumlah produk yang harus dihasilkan (E11), penurunan kualitas selama proses berlangsung (E12), kualitas produk tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ada (E13), keterlambatan pengiriman pupuk organik ke PT. PKG (E18). Serta 35 risk agent yang teridentifikasi pada keseluruhan tahapan proses kegiatan rantai pasok pupuk organik. Berdasarkan 35 risk agent yang teridentifikasi, diperoleh 12 risk agent yang menjadi prioritas dan perlu dilakukan perancangan strategi penanganan risiko. Risk agent yang memiliki nilai ARP tertinggi adalah pengecekan bahan baku yang tidak teliti. Terdapat 9 strategi penanganan risiko yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan dalam menangani agen risiko yang menjadi prioritas atas dasar nilai ETD tertinggi hingga terendah secara berurutan yaitu meliputi coordination, strategy stock, flexible supply base, menerapkan SOP untuk menentukan mutu bahan baku, perawatan mesin secara berkala, menyediakan sparepart atau komponen mesin yang cukup, membentuk bagian QC raw material, menyediakan pembangkit listrik/genset untuk cadangan dan flexible transportation.

English Abstract

Companies in running their business will continue to experience competition. One of the right strategies is to manage the supply chain appropriately. There are two challenges that must be faced in supply chain management, namely the complexity of the supply chain structure and sudden uncertainty. This condition is vulnerable to various forms of risk that have an impact on the company's business processes. Indicators that can be used to analyze risks in supply chain activities are based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) model, which is the plan, source, make, distributor, and return. The purpose of this study is to identify risks to supply chain activities at PT. MBA, analyzes the management of the causes of risk in supply chain activities at PT. MBA and determine risk management strategies that occur in supply chain activities at PT. MBA. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Determination of respondents in this study using purposive sampling method with the type of judgment sampling. Respondents are production and logistics managers of PT. MBA. Respondents were determined based on the consideration that the production and logistics manager of PT. MBA is aware of supply chain activities, so they can identify risks for supply chain activities. The analysis in this study was conducted using the HOR (House of Risk) method. The results of the study on risk management in organic fertilizer supply chain activities at PT MBA, which shows that obtained 23 risk events and there are 7 risk events that have a scale value of 4, meaning that the risk has a high enough influence on the supply chain activities of the company so that it takes action which is very serious, if no immediate action is taken, it will cause high losses. The risk event is the delay in receiving raw materials from suppliers (E6), the implementation of production is not on schedule (E9), there is no production process (E10), incompatibility of production capacity with the number of products iv to be produced (E11), quality degradation during the process ( E12), product quality does not comply with existing standards (E13), delay in the delivery of organic fertilizer to PT PKG (E18). There are 35 risk agents identified at all stages of the organic fertilizer supply chain activities. Based on the 35 risk agents identified, there are 12 risk agents that are priority and need to design a risk management strategy. The risk agent that has the highest ARP value is checking inaccurate raw materials. There are 9 risk management strategies that can be carried out by the company in dealing with risk agents that are prioritized based on the highest to lowest ETD values in sequence including coordination, stock strategy, flexible supply base, application of SOP to determine the quality of raw materials, periodic maintenance of machinery, providing rates sufficient spare parts or engine components, form a QC section for raw materials, provide power generators / generators for backup and flexible transportation.
