Abstract
Deteksi dini tumbuh kembang merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya gangguan tumbuh kembang. Peran kader kesehatan harus dilakukan secara aktif sehingga kegiatan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Pendokumentasian selama ini masih menggunakan form deteksi dini tumbuh kembang paper based membutuhkan biaya pencetakan form, waktu yang lama, dan mudah hilang. Teknologi diharapkan akan memberikan kemudahan ketika form deteksi dini tumbuh kembang sudah menjadi suatu sistem sehingga akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan form computer based tergantung listrik dan internet bertentangan dengan form paper based. Keterampilan sangat dibutuhkan dalam menggunakan masing-masing form. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam deteksi dini tumbuh kembang maka dilakukan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbandingan pelatihan pemeriksaan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang paper based dan computer based terhadap keterampilan kader kesehatan. pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi true eksperimental menggunakan Posttest-only Control Grup Design. Sampel dipilih dengan cara stratified random sampling untuk dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok “paper based” (n=11) , kelompok “computer based” (n=11). Variabel yang diukur adalah keterampilan kader kesehatan dalam pemeriksaan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang paper based dan computer based. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (uji t tidak berpasangan, p < 0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemeriksaan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang computer based lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kader kesehatan dibandingkan dengan pemeriksaan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang paper based.
English Abstract
The early detection of growth and development is one effort to reduce the occurrence of growth disorders. The role of health co-workers should be done actively for early detection activities could be carried out well. The documentation for this still uses a paper form of early detection of growth and it needs cost requirements to print the form, takes a long time, and easy to lose the paper. The technology is expected to provide convenience when the form early detection of growth and development has become a system that will be more effective and efficient. The use of computer-based forms dependent on electricity and internet contrary to paper-based forms. The skills are needed in using of each form. To improve the skills needed to be trained. This study aimed to analyze comparative examination training early detection of growth and development of paper based and computer based on the skills of health co-workers. This study used true experimental studies a posttest-only Control Group Design. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling to be divided into two groups, namely the "paper-based" (n = 11) and "computer-based" (n = 11). The measured variable was the health co-worker skills in the examination for early detection of growth and development of paper based and computer based. The results showed that there was a significant difference (unpaired t test, P <0.05). The conclusion of this study is an examination of early detection of growth and development of computer-based more effective in improving the skills of health co-workers were compared to the early detection of developmental paper based.
