Abstract
Komunikasi Terapeutik merupakan suatu komunikasi selama proses pemberian asuhan keperawatan antara perawat dengan pasien dan keluarga pasien. Pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik akan berdampak pada persepsi keluarga pasien terkait kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kualitas asuhan keperawatan menurut persepsi keluarga pasien di IGD RS Lavalette Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 keluarga pasien di IGD dengan pasien di prioritas 3 (tidak gawat tidak darurat). Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 80 keluarga pasien (94,1%) berpersepsi komunikasi terapeutik perawat baik dan sebanyak 79 keluarga pasien (92,9%) berpersepsi asuhan keperawatan berkualitas tinggi. Dari hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan p=0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kualitas asuhan keperawatan menurut persepsi keluarga pasien di IGD RS Lavalette Malang.
English Abstract
Therapeutic communication is a communication during the process of administering nursing care between nurses with patient and patient family. The implementation of therapeutic will have an impact on perception of the patient family related with nursing care quality. The aim of this research was to identified a relationship between nurse’s therapeutic communication with nursing care quality according to patient family perception in emergency room Lavalette hospital Malang. Design of this research used cross sectional with purposive sampling technique. The number of participated in this research were 85 of patient family in emergency room who accompanied patient which in third priority (urgency/minor injury). Data were analyzed by Spearman Rho statistic correlation. The result of this research showed 80 of patient family (94,1%) had good perception about nurse’s therapeutic communication and 79 of patient family (92,9%) had high perception about nursing care quality. The result of bivariate test showed p = 0,000 which means there is correlation of therapeutic communication with quality of nursing care.The Conclusion of this research there is a relationship between nurse’s therapeutic communication with nursing care quality according to patient family perception in emergency room Lavalette Hospital Malang.
