Abstract
Remaja rentang pada fase beresiko karena berada pada fase storm and stress. Fungsi keluarga (Family APGAR) memiliki peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perkembangan pada remaja yang mencakup Adaptation (adaptasi), Partnership (kemitraan), Growth (pertumbuhan), Affection (kasih sayang), dan Resolve (penyelesaian). Jika fungsi keluarga tidak berjalan dengan baik, akibatnya remaja mencoba perilaku yang berisiko pada kesehatan diantaranya, merokok, minum-minuman keras, dan seks bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fungsi keluarga (family APGAR) terhadap perilaku berisiko pada remaja. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional, populasi dengan jumlah 1620 remaja diambil secara purposive sampling pada siswa kelas XII di SMA N 1 Gondanglegi dan SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. Data fungsi keluarga menggunakan kusioner Family APGAR yang telah di modifikasi dan kejadian perilaku berisiko menggunakan kuisioner Youth Risk Behavior Survey yang telah di modifikasi. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 79 remaja dengan family APGAR fungsional, tidak melakukan perilaku berisiko dan 31 remaja melakukan perilaku berisiko. Sedangkan pada 72 remaja dengan family APGAR disfungsional, terdapat 29 remaja tidak melakukan perilaku berisiko dan 42 remaja melakukan perilaku berisiko. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai P sebesar 0,012 (P<0,05) sehingga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara fungsi keluarga (family APGAR) terhadap perilaku berisiko pada remaja.
English Abstract
The function of the family (Family APGAR) is an important role in supporting the achievement of the development tasks in adolescents that includes Adaptation (adaptation), Partnership (partnership), Growth (growth), Affection (affection) and Resolve (settlement). Teens have phase curiosity tend to want to try everything that has never been experienced. If a family function does not work well, consequently teens try risky health behaviors such, smoking, drinking, and sex bebas.Penelitian aims to determine the relationship between the functions of the family (family APGAR) to risky behavior in adolescents. The design in this study using cross sectional method, the population with 1620 the number of adolescents with purposive sampling in class XII students in SMA N 1 Gondanglegi and SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. Data family function using the Family APGAR questionnaire that has been modified and the incidence of risky behavior using questionnaires Youth Risk Behavior Survey that has been modified. In this study, 79 adolescents with a family APGAR functional, there are 48 teenagers do not do risky behavior and 31 adolescent risk behavior. While at 72 adolescents with APGAR dysfunctional family, there are 29 teenagers do not do risky behavior and 42 adolescent risk behavior. The results showed a P value of 0.012 (P <0.05) that showed a significant relationship. The conclusion of this study there is a relationship between the functions of the family (family APGAR) to risky behavior in adolescents.
