Organisme tanah bermanfaat dalam dekomposisi, siklus hara, menjaga struktur tanah, maupun menjaga keseimbangan organisme tanah. Jamur merupakan mikroorganisme tanah yang memiliki peranan didalam menjaga kesuburan tanah, salah satunya yaitu sebagai dekomposer. Populasi tanah Jumlah jamur akan turun apabila aktivitas pertanian menggunakan bahan kimia secara berlebihan dan dalam jangka waktu lama. Pestisida yang digunakan petani merupakan jenis fungisida berbebahan aktif mankozeb. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji keanekaragaman jamur tanah di lahan organik dan lahan yang diaplikasikan fungisida berbahan aktif Mankozeb dan daya tahan jamur tanah terhadap fungisida berbahan aktif Mankozeb. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengambil sampel tanah di lahan tanaman brokoli Agrotechno Park Cangar (ATP) Universitas Brawijaya dan Lahan milik Bapak Sugeng, Desa Cangar, Batu. Isolasi, purifikasi, dan identifikasi jamur dilakukan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Januari 2018 sampai dengan bulan April 2018. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi survei, eksplorasi, dan komparasi. Hasil penelusuran budidaya menunjukkan bahwa petani ATP menerapkan sistem pertanian organik. Lahan yang diterapkan dengan sistem pertanian organik terdapat penambahan bahan input berupa pupuk kotoran ayam, seresah dan and plant growth promoting rhizobacter (PGPR). Sedangkan lahan konvensional yang diaplikasikan bahan kimia sintetik yaitu pupuk kimia NPK dan fungisida berbahan aktif Mankozeb. English Abstract

The diversity of microorganisms in the soil greatly affects the level of soil fertility. In addition, the diversity of microorganisms found in the soil is an indicator of soil health. Soil organisms are useful in decomposition, nutrient cycling, maintaining soil structure, as well as maintaining the balance of soil organisms. Soil microorganisms have a role in maintaining soil fertility one of them is as a decomposer. One of the microorganisms that can be a decomposer fungus. The fungi population will drop if the agricultural activity using chemicals in excess and in the long term. Farmers more often use a pesticide type of fungicide made from active Mankozeb. The objective of this study was to study the diversity of soil fungi in organic and field land applied by Mankozeb and fungi resistance to Mankozeb. The research was conducted by sampling the soil on the brocoli land Agrotechno Park Cangar (ATP) Universitas Brawijaya and Lahan owned by Mr. Sugeng, Cangar Village, Batu. Isolation, purification, and fungal identification were performed at the Plant Disease Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Brawijaya. The study began in Januari until Juli 2018. The implementation methods in this research used survey method, exploration, and comparation. The results showed the Agrotechno Park Cangar implement organic farming system. Land that is applied with organic farming system there is addition of input material in the form of manure, organic cover tillage and plant growth promoting rhizobacter (PGPR).
