Abstract
Jumlah Lanjut Usia Yang Meningkat Mempunyai Dampak Positif Dan Negatif, Adanya Keberhasilan Di Bidang Kesehatan Dan Kesejahteraan Lansia Ditandai Dengan Meningkatnya Umur Harapan Hidup Yang Didalamnya Mencakup Pentingnya Status Gizi Lansia. Penelitian Cross Sectional Untuk Mengetahui Perbedaan Status Gizi Lanjut Usia Yang Tinggal Bersama Keluarga Dan Lansia Yang Tinggal Sendiri. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Status Gizi Lansia Yang Tinggal Bersama Keluarga Sebagian Besar 16 Orang (53%) Gizi Normal, Status Gizi Lansia Yang Tinggal Sendiri Sebagian Besar Gizi Kurang 25 Orang (83%). Hasil Uji Statistik Man-Whitney Test Menunjukkan Nilai P = 0,001<Α (0,05) Maka Ada Perbedaan Status Gizi Lanjut Usia Yang Tinggal Bersama Keluarga Dan Lansia Yang Tinggal Sendiri. Tidak Adanya Dukungan Dari Keluarga Dapat Menurunkan Status Gizi Lansia Dengan Pemberian Dukungan Materiil, Psikososial, Dan Emosional Dari Keluarga Maupun Petugas Kesehatan Sehingga Lansia Mampu Meningkatkan Status Gizi Lansia.
English Abstract
Increasing Number Of Elderly People Who Have Positive And Negative Impacts, Their Success Of Health And Well-Being Of The Elderly Characterized By Increased A Number Of Life Which Is Includes The Importance Of The Nutritional Status Of The Elderly. Cross Sectional Research For Understanding Differences In The Nutritional Status Of The Elderly Who Live With Their Families And The Elderly Who Live Alone. Based On The Research Results Of The Nutritional Status Of The Elderly Who Lived With Families The Majority Of 16 People (53%) Are Normal Nutrition, Nutritional Status Of The Elderly Who Live Alone Most Of Malnutrition Are 25 People (83%). Based On The Results Of Statistical Tests, Man-Whitney Test, Means That The Value Of P = 0.001 Less Than Α (0.05), So There Differences In Nutritional Status Of The Elderly Who Live With Their Families And The Elderly Who Live Alone. The Lack Of Support From Family Can Reduced The Nutritional Status Of The Elderly By Providing Material Support, Psychosocial, And Emotional Health Of Families And Health Official So That The Elderly Can Improve The Nutritional Status Of The Elderly People
