Abstract
Stres kerja merupakan respon individual seorang pekerja terhadap stressor ketika tidak dapat memenuhi tuntutan pekerjaan atau kebutuhan dari pekerjaan. Respon tersebut berupa respon fisiologis, psikologis dan perilaku. Banyak faktor yang bia mempengaruhi tingkat stress kerja, terdapat faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Tenaga kesehatan merupakan pekerja yang dinilai memiliki stress kerja tinggi, begitu juga dengan tenaga perawat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat stres kerja antara perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) dengan perawat Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 32 orang berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari 18 perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan 14 perawat Intensive Care Unit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur gejala stress kerja berdasarkan teori Robbin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan di IGD 8 perawat (44,4%) memiliki tingkat stress kerja yang tinggi, 5 perawat (27,8%) memiliki tingkat stress kerja sedang dan 5 perawat (27,8%) memiliki tingkat stress kerja rendah. Sedangkan di ICU 4 perawat (28,6%) memiliki tingkat stress kerja yang sedang dan 10 perawat (71,4%) memiliki tingkat stress kerja rendah. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan nilai signifikansi 5% didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,014. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat stres kerja antara perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat dengan perawat Intensive Care Unit di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Blitar.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan untuk menyediakan fasilitas-fasilitas yang bisa mengurangi tingkat stress kerja perawat, misalnya ruang relaksasi.
English Abstract
The work stress was an individuals response to a stressor when a worker can’t handle the demands of the job or the needs of the work. There was physiological responses, psychological and behavioral. There are many factors that affect the level of job stress, internal factors and external factors. The health worker is a worker who is judged to have high job stress, as well as nurses. The aim of this research was to determine whether there are differences in the level of work stress between emergency nurses and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses. This research used descriptive analytic design with cross sectional method. Samples were taken from 32 people by purposive sampling technique, which consist of 18 emergency unit nurses and 14 ICU nurses. Data collected using a questionnaire that measured symptoms of job stress based on RobbinsTheory. The results showed in the Emergeny Room 8 nurses (44.4%) had high levels of job stress, 5 nurses (27.8%) had moderate levels of job stress, and 5 nurses (27.8%) had lower levels of job stress. Whereas in ICU, 4 nurses (28.6%) had moderate levels of job stress and 10 nurses (71.4%) had lower levels of job stress. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% and 5% significance values obtained p-value of 0.014. The conclusion of this study is there are a difference level of work stress between emergency unit nurses with Intensive Care Unit nursesin General Hospital of Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Blitar. Based on this research results, it is suggested to provide facilities that can reduce stress levels of nurses, for example a relaxation room.
