Abstract
Perkembangan awal motorik halus anak akan menentukan perkembangan motorik halus anak selanjutnya, sehingga seorang anak tidak akan bisa melewati satu tahap perkembangan sebelum ia melewati tahapan sebelumnya. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perhatian dan perilaku stimulasi tumbuh kembang yang diberikan dari luar. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan perilaku stimulasi tumbuh kembang oleh ibu dengan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 4 - 5 tahun di TK Muslimat XII Pakis - Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara analitik observasional dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi 34 ibu dan anak usia 4 – 5 tahun dengan besar sampel 31 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah berupa kuesioner untuk menilai perilaku stimulasi tumbuh kembang serta lembar DDST yang telah dimodifikasi untuk menilai perkembangan motorik halus anak dan dilakukan tes validitas reliabilitas sebebelum digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik korelasi spearman rank diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi adalah 0.000 dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat yaitu r = 0.639. Penelitian ini menggunakan α = 0,05 dan dari hasil diatas dapat diketahui bahwa nilai р < α (0.000 < 0.05), maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dengan nilai positif, jadi terdapat hubungan antara perilaku stimulasi tumbuh kembang oleh ibu dengan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 4 – 5 tahun. Semakin baik perilaku stimulasi ibu maka semakin baik pula perkembangan motorik halus anak. Dengan hubungan tersebut disarankan pihak keluarga dan pendidikan ikut berperan serta dalam meningkatkan perilaku stimulasi tumbuh kembang pada anak.
English Abstract
Early development of fine motor will determine further development of fine motor, so the child will not be able to pass through a stage of development before it passes through the previous stages. This suggests the need for attention and behavioral growth stimulation given from outside. This study aimed to stimulate growth and development of relationship behavior by mothers with fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years in TK Muslimat XII Pakis - Malang. This research was done analytically observational cross sectional method. Population 34 mothers and children aged 4-5 years with a large sample of 31 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire to assess the behavior of the stimulation of growth and DDST sheet which has been modified to assess the development of fine motor reliability and validity testing before its use. Based on the results of Spearman rank correlation test is known that significant value is 0.000 with a strong degree of correlation is r = 0.639. This study uses α = 0.05 and of the results of the above can be seen that the value of р <α (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that Ho is rejected with a positive value, so there is a relationship between the behavior of growth stimulation by mothers with fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years. The better the stimulation of maternal behavior the better the fine motor development of children. The relationship suggested by the family and education have played a part in improving the behavior of the stimulation of growth and development in children.
