Abstract
Gypsum Tipe 3 Merupakan Gypsum Material Kedokteran Gigi Yang Bertujuan Untuk Pembuatan Model Kerja Dalam Pembuatan Gigi Tiruan Lepasan Akrilik. Gypsum Tipe 3 Ini Harus Memiliki Compressive Strength Yang Cukup Tinggi Dan Tahan Terhadap Fraktur. Compressive Strength Adalah Ketahanan Internal Terhadap Beban Yang Menekan. Indonesia Sebagian Besar Terdiri Atas Lautan Sehingga Kemungkinan Besar Para Dokter Gigi Atau Teknisi Kedokteran Gigi Yang Bertempat Tinggal Di Sekitar Laut Akan Menggunakan Air Laut Untuk Manipulasi Gypsum Tipe 3. Tujuan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Mengetahui Pengaruh Konsentrasi Gypsum Tipe 3 Yang Dimanipulasi Dengan Air Laut Terhadap Compressive Strength. Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian Eksperimental Laboratoris Yang Menggunakan Metode Post Hoc Test. Subjek Dibagi Menjadi 6 Kelompok Yaitu Kelompok Kontrol (200gr Bubuk Gypsum Tipe 3 : 60ml Air Aquadest), Kelompok Perlakuan 1(200gr Bubuk Gypsum Tipe 3 : 40ml Air Laut), Kelompok Perlakuan 2(200gr Bubuk Gypsum Tipe 3 : 50ml Air Laut), Kelompok Perlakuan 3(200gr Bubuk Gypsum Tipe 3 : 60ml Air Laut), Kelompok Perlakuan 4(200gr Bubuk Gypsum Tipe 3 : 70ml Air Laut), Kelompok Perlakuan 5(200gr Bubuk Gypsum Tipe 3 : 80ml Air Laut). Data Dari Jumlah Pengukuran Compressive Strength Dianalisis Menggunakan Analisis Statistik Oneway Anova, Post Hoc Test Dan Regresi. Hasil Penelitian Ini Menunjukkan Perbedaan Compressive Strength Pada Kelompok Kontrol Dan Kelompok Perlakuan. Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Konsentrasi Gypsum Tipe 3 Yang Dimanipulasi Dengan Air Laut Dapat Menurunkan Compressive Strength.
English Abstract
Gypsum Type 3 Is Gypsum Of Dentistry That Use To Make Acrylic Partial Denture And Orthodontic Appliance Working Model. Gypsum Type 3 Has Medium Compressive Strength And Resistant Of Fracture. Compressive Strength Mean Internal Endurance For Load Preasure. Indonesia Is Maritim Country So That Dentist Or Dentistry Tehnicians Who Live Around The Sea Usually Use Sea Water To Manipulation Gypsum Type 3. This Research Is Aimed To Determine The Consentration Effect Of Gypsum Type 3 Manipulated With Sea Water For Compressive Strength. This Study Was Experimental Laboratories With Pos Hoc Test Methode. The Subjects Of This Research Thirty Subjects Were Divided Into Six Goups : Control Group (200gr Gypsum Tipe 3 Powder : 60ml Aquadest), The First Treatment Group (200gr Gypsum Tipe 3 Powder : 40ml Sea Water), The Second Treatment Group (200gr Gypsum Type 3 : 50ml), The Third Treatment Group (200gr Gypsum Type 3 : 60ml Sea Water), Fourth Treatment Group (200gr Gypsum Type 3 Powder : 70ml Sea Water), And Fifth Treatment Group (200gr Gypsum Type 3 Powder : 80ml Sea Water). The Variable Measurment Of Compressive Strength Were Analyzed Using Statistical Analysis Oneway Anova, Post Hoc Test, And Regression. Results Of This Research Show Differences In Compressive Strength In The Control Group With The Treatment Groups. The Conclusion Is Consentration Gypsum Type 3 Which Was Manipulated By Sea Water Can Decrease Compressive Strength.
