Misgiarti, ErvinaAyu (2015) Hubungan Tingkat Keyakinan Diri Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Pasien Hipertensi Di Poliklinik Jantung Rsud Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Hipertensi Merupakan Salah Satu Masalah Yang Luar Biasa Karena Merupakan Pembunuh Utama Ketiga Di Dunia. Masalah Terbesar Dari Pasien Hipertensi Yaitu Tekanan Darah Yang Tidak Terkontrol Yang Memicu Terjadinya Komplikasi. Rendahnya Kepatuhan Minum Obat Merupakan Faktor Utama Yang Berkontribusi Pada Rendahnya Kontrol Tekanan Darah. Kepatuhan Minum Obat Dipengaruhi Oleh Beberapa Faktor Antara Lain Keyakinan Diri. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Keyakinan Diri Dan Kepatuhan, Serta Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Antihipertensi Di Poliklinik Jantung Rsud Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian Observasional Dengan Rancangan Cross Sectional, Dengan Melibatkan 143 Responden. Pengambilan Data Menggunakan Wawancara Terstruktur Menggunakan Kuisioner. Tingkat Keyakinan Diri Diukur Menggunakan Kuesioner Medication Adherence Self-Efficacy Scale Revision (Mases-R) Dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Antihipertensi Diukur Menggunakan Kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (Mmas) Dan Pill Count. Analisa Data Menggunakan Uji Statistik Koefisien Korelasi Spearman Rank Dengan Program Spss 17.0 For Windows. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Ada Hubungan Yang Kuat Antara Variabel Tingkat Keyakinan Diri Dan Tingkat Kepatuhan Pasien Dalam Mengkonsumsi Obat, Baik Yang Diukur Menggunakan Kuesioner Mmas Terdapat Nilai Koefisien Korelasi Sebesar 0,665 Dan Nilai Sig 2 Tailed = 0,000 (P< 0.05). Demikian Pula Yang Diukur Menggunakan Pill Count, Koefisien Korelasi Sebesar 0,705 Dan Nilai Sig 2 Tailed = 0,000 (P< 0.05) Dan Tanda Positif Pada Koefisien Korelasi Menjelaskan Bahwa Hubungan Antara Tingkat Keyakinan Diri Dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Adalah Berbanding Lurus, Yaitu Semakin Tinggi Tingkat Keyakinan Diri Maka Kepatuhan Minum Obat Akan Semakin Tinggi.aaaa
English Abstract
Hypertension Is One Of The Outstanding Problems Because It Is The Third Leading Killer In The World. The Biggest Problem Of The Hypertensive Patients Are Uncontrolled Blood Pressure, That Trigger The Occurrence Of Complications. The Low Medication Adherence Is A Major Factor Contributing To The Low Blood Pressure Control. Medication Adherence Is Influenced By Several Factors, Such As Selfefficacy. Study Aims To Know The Description Of Self Efficacy And Adherence To Antihypertensive And Correlation Between Self Efficacy And Adherence At Hypertensive Patient In Cardiovascular Outpatient Clinic Of Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang. Observational Study With Cross Sectional Design, Involving 143 Respondents. The Data Were Collected By Structured Interview Using A Questionnaire. The Data Were Collected By Structured Interview Using A Questionnaire. Patients Level Of Self Efficacy Measured Using Questionnaires Medication Adherence Self-Efficacy Scale Revision (Mases-R) And Adherence Was Measured Using Questionnaire Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (Mmas) And Pill Count. Rank Spearman Correlation Was Applied To This Study Using Spss 17.0 Programs For Windows. The Results Showed A Strong Correlation Between The Variable Level Of Self Efficacy And The Medication Adherence, Both As Measured Using A Questionnaire Mmas Contained Correlation Coefficient Of 0.665 And The Sig 2 Tailed = 0.000 (P <0.05). Similarly, As Measured Using The Pill Count, The Correlation Coefficient Of 0.705 And The Sig 2 Tailed = 0.000 (P <0.05) And A Positive Mark On The Correlation Coefficient Explained That The Correlation Between The Level Of Self-Efficacy And The Medication Adherence To Medication Is Proportional, If The Higher The Level Of Self Efficacy, The Medication Adherence Will Be Higher.
