Hubungan Tingkat Keyakinan Terhadap Pengobatan Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pasien Hipertensi Di Poliklinik

Wulandari, AngernaniTrias (2015) Hubungan Tingkat Keyakinan Terhadap Pengobatan Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pasien Hipertensi Di Poliklinik. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.

Abstract

Hipertensi Merupakan Sebuah Tantangan Global Kerena Menyebabkan 2,5 Juta Kematian Dari 12,8% Dari Total Kematian Di Dunia. Kepatuhan Dalam Menjalani Program Terapi Diperlukan Bagi Pasien Hipertensi. Pasien Yang Tidak Patuh Minum Obat Berisiko Mengalami Bnayak Komplikasi Seperti Stroke, Penyakit Jantung Koroner, Iskemia, Gagal Jantung, Gagal Ginjal. Banyak Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Minum Obat, Diantaranya Adalah Keyakinan Pada Pengobatan. Keyakinan Akan Pentingnya Pengobatan Dan Keyakinan Akan Efek Negatif Yang Tidak Diinginkan Akan Mendorong Pasien Untuk Mematuhi Pengobatan Yang Telah Diterima. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Mengidentifikasi Hubungan Tingkat Keyakinan Dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Pasien Hipertensi. Rancangan Penelitian Menggunakan Desain Cross Sectional. Sampel Dipilih Menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling Dengan Kriteria Inklusi Didapatkan Sampel Sejumlah 143 Orang. Berdasarkan Uji Hipotesis Menggunakan Spearman Rho Dengan Tingkat Kepercayaan 95% Di Dapatkan Nilai Signifikansi 5% Didapatkan P-Value Sebesar 0,000 Pada Keyakinan Akan Pentingnya Pengobatan Maupun Keyakinan Akan Efek Negatif Yang Diterima Dari Pengobatan, Dimana Hasil Sig 2 Tail 0,000. Dapat Disimpulkan Ada Hubungan Antara Keyakinan Akan Pentingnya Pengobatan Dan Keyakinan Akan Efek Negatif Yang Diperoleh Dari Pengobatan Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat. Nilai Korelasi (R) = +0,580 Yang Berarti Arah Korelasi Positif Sehingga Semakin Tinggi Keyakinan Pada Pengobatan Maka Semkin Tinggi Kepatuhan. Keyakinan Efek Negatif Pengobatan Memilik Nilai Korelasi (R) = -0,617 Yang Berarti Arah Korelasi Negatif Sehingga Semakin Tinggi Keyakinan Efek Negatif Pengobatan Maka Semakin Rendah Kepatuhan Minum Obat. Disarankan Kepada Perawat Poli Jantung Untuk Memberikan Informasi Tentang Pentingnya Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Pasien Hipertensi Dan Penatalaksaan Farmakologis Yang Diterima Sehingga Akan Mempengaruhi Keyakinan Pada Pengobatan Selama Ini.

English Abstract

Hypertension Was A Global Challenge Because It Had Caused 2.5 Millions Peoples To Death Which Counted For 12.8 % Of Total Mortality Rate In The World. Adherence With Therapy Program Was Very Important For Hypertension Patients. The Patients Who Did Not Comply To Drink Medicine Would Be Risking Of Suffering From Many Complications Including Stroke, Coronary Heart Disease, Ischemia, Heart Failure And Kidney Failure. Various Factors Were Influencing Medicine Adherence. One Of Them Was The Belief About Medication. Belief To Necessity Of Medication And Also Toward The Unexpected Negative Effect From Medication Might Influence Patients’ Adherence Toward Medication. The Objective Of Research Was To Identify The Relationship Between Beliefs Medication Level And Medication Adherence Among Hypertension Patients. Research Design Was Cross Sectional. The Sample Is Selected Through Purposive Sampling Technique With Inclusive Criteria Which Then Resulted In 143 Respondents. Hypothesis Testing With Spearman Rho At 95 % Confidence Level Had Indicated 5 % Significance Rate And 2-Tailed Significance 0,000 For Both The Belief Toward The Necessity Of Medication And Toward The Unexpected Negative Effect From Medication. It Was Then Concluded That Both Belief Toward The Necessity Of Medication And The Unexpected Negative Effect From Medication Were Correlated With Adherence Medication. Belief Toward The Necessity Of Medication Had Correlation Rate (R) = +0.580 And The Direction Of Correlation Was Positive, Which Signified That Higher Belief Toward The Necessity Of Medication Was Producing Higher Adherence. Belief Toward Negative Effect From Medication Showed Correlation Rate (R)= -0.617 And The Direction Of Correlation Was Negative, Which Meant That Higher Belief Toward Negative Effect From Medication Was Producing Lower Adherence. It Was Suggested That Heart Polyclinic Nurses Should Provide Information About The Importance Of Adherence To Take Their Medication Among Hypertension Patients And Also About The Pharmacological Procedures Such That It Might Influence Belief Toward Medication.
