Abstract

Luka Bakar Adalah Luka Yang Disebabkan Oleh Benda-Benda Yang Memiliki Sumber Panas, Seperti Api, Uap Panas, Cairan Panas, Permukaan Benda Yang Panas, Listrik, Zat Kimia, Dan Radiasi Sinar Matahari Secara Langsung. Luka Bakar Derajat Iia Merupakan Tipe Luka Bakar Yang Sering Terjadi Pada Kehidupan Sehari-Hari. Silver Sulfadiazine 1% (Ssd 1%) Merupakan Krim Topikal Yang Menjadi Salah Satu Gold Standard Perawatan Luka Bakar Derajat Iia. Lidah Buaya (Aloe Vera) Merupakan Tanaman Yang Sering Dijumpai Pada Daerah Tropis. Aloe Vera Sudah Dikenal Sejak Zaman Yunani Kuno Hingga Sekarang Sebagai Salah Satu Tanaman Herbal Yang Mampu Dalam Pengobatan Luka. Getah Daun Lidah Buaya Mengandung Senyawa Aktif Seperti Asam Salisilat Yang Berfungsi Menurunkan Suhu Luka Pada Fase Inflamasi. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Mengetahui Perbedaan Suhu Kulit Pada Luka Bakar Derajat Ii A Dengan Pemberian Getah Lidah Buaya Dan Silver Sulfadiazine 1% Pada Tikus Putih Dengan Menggunakan Termometer Infrared. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Desain True Experimental Dengan Metode Randomized Post Test Controlled Group Design Pada 20 Tikus Jantan Yang Dibagi Secara Acak Kedalam 2 Kelompok Yang Diinduksi Luka Bakar Derajat Ii A. Kelompok Dibagi Menjadi Satu Kelompok Perlakuan Dengan Getah Daun Lidah Buaya Dan Satu Kelompok Kontrol Menggunakan Silver Sulfadiazine. Perawatan Luka Dilakukan Selama 5 Hari. Analisa Data Menggunakan Uji T Independent Menunjukkan Bahwa Tidak Ada Perbedaan Yang Signifikan Terhadap Suhu Kulit Diantara Kelompok Silver Sulfadiazine 1% Dan Aloe Vera (P= 0,618 (Α < 0,05)).

English Abstract

Burns Is A Wound That Caused By Things Which Have Heat Sources Such As Fire, Electricty, Chemical Agents, And Direct Sun Light. The Superficial Second-Degree Burns Is One Of Some Type Of Burns Which Often Happen In Daily. Silver Sulfadiazine 1% (Ssd 1%) Is A Topical Cream Which Become One Of Gold Standard Wound Care In Superficial Second-Degree. Aloe Vera Is The Plant Which Often Met In Tropical Place. Aloe Vera Has Been Well Known Since Greece Periods Until Now As One Of Herbs Which Can Be Used In Wound Healing. Aloe Vera Gel Contains Active Componenent Such As Salicylic Acid Which Can Reduce Skin Temperature In Inflammation Phase. The Purpose Of This Research Is To Find Out The Difference Of Skin Temperature In Superficial Second-Degrre Burns By Using Aloe Vera Gel And Silver Sulfadiazine 1% In White Rat By Using Infrared Thermometer. This Research Use True Experimental Design With Randomized Post Test Controlled Group Method. This Research Use 20 Male Rats Which Divided Randomly Into 2 Grups Which Induced By Superficial Second-Degree Burns. It Divided Into One Experimental Group By Using Aloe Vera Gel And The Other Groups Use Silver Sulfadiazine. Wound Care Was Done Along 5 Days. The Data Analyis Use T-Test Independent Show That There Is No Significantly Difference Toward Skin Temperature Between Silver Sulfadiazine 1% Group And Aloe Vera (P= 0,618 (Α < 0,05)).
