Wardana, KadekKusuma (2015) Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi (Loligo Sp.) Meningkatkan Reepitelisasi Jaringan Luka Pada Tikus Putih Galur Wistar (Rattus Norvegicus) Model Diabetes Melitus. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Adalah Kelainan Yang Ditandai Dengan Kadar Glukosa Darah Yang Melebihi Normal (Hiperglikemia) Disebabkan Oleh Kekurangan Hormon Insulin Secara Relatif Maupun Absolut.. Pada Luka Kronik Khususnya Pasien Diabetes Jangka Waktu Proses Penyembuhan Luka Pada Fase Proliferasi Tidak Dapat Diprediksi. Salah Satu Proses Yang Penting Dalam Proses Penyembuhan Luka Pada Fase Ploriferasi Adalah Reepitelisasi. Cumi-Cumi Diketahui Memiliki Kandungan Lecithin Yang Dapat Mempercepat Proses Penyembuhan Luka. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi (Loligo Sp.) Secara Oral Terhadap Reepitelisasi Jaringan Luka Pada Tikus Putih Model Diabetes Mellitus. Metode Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Randomized Posttest Only Controlled Group Design. Tikus Putih Galur Wistar Yang Berjumlah 30 Dibagi Dalam Enam Kelompok, Yaitu: Kelompok Luka Normal, Luka Diabetes, Luka Diabetes Dengan Diet Chitosan, Serta Luka Diabetes Yang Diberi Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi Oral Satu Kali Sehari, Dua Kali Sehari, Dan Dua Hari Sekali. Semua Tikus Dilakukan Pembuatan Luka Eksisi Full Thickness Dibagian Dorsal Dan Dirawat Setiap Hari Dengan Normal Salin. Terminasi Dilakukan Pada Hari Ke-14 Dengan Mengambil Jaringan Luka Tikus Untuk Dilakukan Pengecatan H&E. Perhitungan Reepitlisasi Dilakukan Pada Software Olivia Dengan Pembesaran 10x. Data Yang Didapat Kemudian Diaanlisis Menggunakan Uji One Way ANOVA. Hasil Uji Statistika Menunjukan Pemberian Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi Memberikan Perbedaan Signifikan Kelompok Positif Dengan Kelompok Perlakuan 1, Perlakuan 2 Dan 3.

English Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Is A Disorder Characterized By Blood Glucose Levels That Exceed Normal (Hyperglycemia) Caused By Insulin Deficiency Relative Or Absolute. In Chronic Wounds, Especially Diabetic Patients, The Time Period In The Proliferative Phase Of Wound Healing Can Not Be Predicted. One Of The Important Processes In The Wound Healing Process In The Proliferation Phase Is Reepitelization. Squid Are Known To Contain Lecithin Which Can Accelerate The Wound Healing Process. The Purpose Of This Study To Determine The Effect Of Extract Of Squid (Loligo Sp.) Orally To Reepitelization Tissue Injury In The Rat Model Of Diabetes Mellitus. This Research Method Using A Randomized Controlled Group Posttest Only Design. Wistar Rat Strain Which Amounts To 30 Were Divided Into Six Groups: Normal Group Wounds, Diabetic Wounds, Diabetic Wounds With Chitosan Diet And Diabetic Wounds Fed Squid Extract Orally Once A Day, Twice A Day, And Every Other Day. All Mice Conducted By Making Full Thickness Excisional Wounds Dorsal Section And Treated Daily With Normal Saline. Termination Performed On Day 14 By Taking Tissue Injury Rats To Do H & E Staining. The Calculation Reepitlization Is Done On The Olivia’s Software With 10x Magnification. Then, Data Obtained Analyzed Using One Way ANOVA. Test Statistics Results Showed Squid Extract Provides Significant Differences Positive Group With Treatment Group 1, 2 And 3 Treatment.
