Abstract
Atraumatic Care Merupakan Bentuk Perawatan Terapeutik Yang Diberikan Oleh Tenaga Kesehatan Melalui Penggunaan Tindakan Yang Dapat Mengurangi Distres Fisik Maupun Distres Psikologis Yang Dialami Anak. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Prinsip Atraumatic Care Terhadap Peningkatan Perilaku Kooperatif Anak Yang Mengalami Hospitalisasi. Rancangan Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Kuantitatif, Menggunakan Desain Quasi Eksperimental Dengan Pretest Posttest Kelompok Kontrol Tanpa Randomisasi. Sampel Dipilih Dengan Cara Purposive Sampling Untuk Dibagi Dalam Dua Kelompok, Yaitu Kelompok “Kontrol” (N=10), Dan Kelompok “Perlakuan” (N=10). Variabel Yang Diukur Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Perilaku Kooperatif Anak. Hasil Penelitian Pada Perilaku Kooperatif Anak Pada Kelompok Perlakuan Dibandingkan Dengan Kelompok Kontrol Menunjukkan Nilai P < Α (0.000 < 0.05), Bahwa H0 Ditolak. Hal Ini Menunjukkan Bahwa Terdapat Perbedaan Hasil Antara Kelompok Kontrol Dan Kelompok Perlakuan. Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Penerapan Ceklist Atraumatic Care Menunjukkan Dapat Meningkatkan Skor Perilaku Kooperatif Anak Prasekolah (3-6) Tahun) Yang Mengalami Hospitalisasi Di Rs. Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojokerto. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Ini,Disarankan Untuk Menerapkan Prinsip Atraumatic Care Oleh Perawat Yang Akan Memberikan Injeksi Obat Intra Vena Pada Anak Usia Prasekolah Sehingga Anak Berperilaku Kooperatif Pada Perawat Saat Prosedur Injeksi Dilakukan.
English Abstract
Atraumatic Care Is A Form Of Therapeutic Care That Provided By Health Workers Through The Use Of Actions That Can Reduce The Physical And Psychological Distress Experienced By Children. This Study Aims To Determine The Effect Of The Application Of The Principle Of Atraumatic Care To Increase Cooperative Behavior Of Children Who Have Hospitalization. The Design Of The Study Is Quantitative, Using Quasi-Experimental Design With Pretest-Posttest Control Group Without Randomization. Samples Were Selected By Purposive Sampling To Be Divided Into Two Groups, Namely The "Control" (N = 10), And The "Treatment" (N = 10). The Variables Measured In This Study Is The Cooperative Behavior Of Children. Results Of Research On Cooperative Behavior Of Children In The Treatment Group Compared With The Control Group Showed A P Value <Α (0.000 <0.05), That H0 Is Rejected. This Suggests That There Are Differences In The Results Between The Control Group And The Treatment Group. The Conclusion Of This Study Is The Application Of The Atraumatic Care Checklist Shown To Improve Scores Cooperative Behavior Of Preschool Children (3-6) Years) Who Experienced A Hospitalization In The Prof. Dr Soekandar Mojokerto Hospitals. Based On These Results, It Is Suggested To Apply The Principle Of Atraumatic Care By Nurses Who Will Provide Intra-Venous Injection Of Drugs In Preschoolers So That Children Behave Cooperatively On A Nurse When The Injection Procedure Performed
