Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus Adalah Gangguan Metabolik Kronis Yang Ditandai Dengan Peningkatan Kadar Gula Darah. Who Melaporkan , 347 Juta Penduduk Dunia Mengalami Diabetes. Ulkus Diabetes Merupakan Komplikasi Tersering Pada Diabetes Meliitus. Pada Keadaan Hiperglikemi Terjadi Peningkatan Ros Dan Penurunan Choline Yang Berdampak Pada Fase Inflamasi Penyembuhan Luka Sehingga Fase Proliferasi Melambat Yang Ditunjukan Dengan Prosentase Kontraksi Luka. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi (Loligo Sp.) Secara Oral Terhadap Prosentase Kontraksi Luka Pada Tikus Putih Kondisi Hiperglikemia. Metode Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Randomized Posttest Only Controlled Group Design. Tikus Putih Galur Wistar Dibagi Dalam Enam Kelompok, Diantaranya : Luka Normal, Luka Hiperglikemia, Luka Hiperglikemia Dengan Perlakuan Standar Diberikan Suplemen Chitosan, Luka Hiperglikemia Dengan Pemberian Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi Secara Oral Dua Hari Sekali, Satu Kali Sehari, Dua Kali Sehari. Luas Area Luka Difoto Menggunakan D-Slr Resolusi 14,2 Megapixel. Hasil Foto Diidentifikasi Dengan Menggunakan Software Autocad 2010 Untuk Mendapatkan Luas Area Luka Pada Hari Ke-1 Dan Ke-14 Kemudian Dihitung Menggunakan Rumus Prosentase Kontraksi Luka. Dianalisis Statistika Dengan Menggunakan Uji One-Way Anova (Α=0,05). Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi Efektif Dalam Meningkatkan Prosentase Kontraksi Luka Ditunjukan Dengan Perbandingan Kelompok Positif Dengan Pelakuan 2 (P=0,010) Dan Perlakuan 3 (P=0,040). Dapat Disimpulkan Ekstrak Cumi-Cumi Efektif Mempercepatan Penyembuhan Luka Pada Fase Proliferasi

English Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus Is A Chronic Disease Characterized By Elevated Level Of Blood Glucose (Hyperglycemia). Who Reported 347 Million World Population Suffered Diabetes. Diabetic Ulcer Is The Most Frequent Complication In Diabetes Patient. Hyperglycemia Caused In Increasing Level Of Ros And Reduce Level Of Plasma Choline Resulting In Elongation Of Inflammation Phase Of Wound Healing, Thus Inhibit Proliferation Phase Indicated By Wound Contraction. This Study Is Aimed To Determine The Effect Of Squid Extract (Loligo Sp.) Orally On Wound Contraction Percentage In Albino Wistar Rats Model Of Hyperglicemia. The Study Design In Randomized Posttest Only With Control Group. The Experimental Animals Divided Into 6 Groups, The Normal Wound, Hyperglicemia Wound, Hyperglicemia Wound Given Orally With Chitosan Supplemental, Hyperglicemia Wound Given Orally With Squid Extract Once In Two Days, Once Daily, Twice Daily. Photographs Of Wound Area Are Taken Using D-Slr With 14.2 Megapixel In Resolution. The Photographs Of Wound Area In 1st And 14th Day Are Identified Using Autocad 2010 Software And Then Calculated Using The Wound Contraction Percentage Formula. The Data Is Analyzed Using One-Way Anova Test (Α=0,05). The Result Suggests That The Squid Extract Effectively Increased The Wound Contraction Percentage Indicated By The Comparison Between Positive Group And 2st Treatment Group (P=0,010) And 3nd Treatment Group (P=0,040). In Conclusion, Squid Extract Is Effectively Accelerate The Diabetic Wound Healing In The Proliferation Phase.
