Abstract
CAPD memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar pada pasien gagal ginjal yang membutuhkan terapi pengganti ginjal. Analisa kematian pada pasien CAPD di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar menunjukkan bahwa 12% kematian disebabkan oleh penyakit kardiovaskuler. Pemantauan tekanan darah pada pasien CAPD merupakan faktor penting untuk mencegah komplikasi kardiovaskuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh diabetes mellitus dan ultrafiltrasi pada tekanan darah pasien CAPD saat drain in, dwell, dan drain out di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Desain penelitian adalah observational analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Tekanan darah diukur pada 64 pasien CAPD saat fase drain in, dwell dan drain out. Ditemukan perbedaan sistolik dan diastolik pada saat drain in, dwell dan drain out. Rerata tekanan darah berupa sistolik drain in (142.73±27.05) mmHg, dwell (148.58±28.76) mmHg, drain out (148.19±32.94) mmHg. Diastolik drain in (84.97±17.14), dwell (94.55±18.31) mmHg, drain out (92.86±17.56) mmHg. Tekanan sistolik dan diastolik pada proses dwell meningkat secara signifikan (p<0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pergantian dialisat CAPD menimbulkan peningkatan tekanan darah pada saat dwell. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan tekanan darah yang signifikan berdasarkan status diabetes mellitus dan volume ultrafiltrasi.
English Abstract
CAPD provide greater benefits in patients with renal failure requiring renal replacement therapy. Analysis of mortality in CAPD patients in dr. Saiful Anwar showed that 12% of deaths caused by cardiovascular disease. Monitoring of blood pressure in patients with CAPD is an important factor to prevent cardiovascular complications. This study aims to determine the effect of DM and ultrafiltration on blood pressure CAPD patients when drain in, dwell, and drain out in dr. Saiful Anwar. The study design was observational analytic cross-sectional approach. Blood pressure was measured in 64 patients CAPD drain current in phase, dwell and drain out. Found differences in systolic and diastolic at the time of the drain in, dwell and drain out. The mean systolic blood pressure in the form of a drain in (142.73 ± 27.05) mmHg, dwell (148.58 ± 28.76) mmHg, drain out (148.19 ± 32.94) mmHg. Diastolic drain in (84.97 ± 17:14), dwell (94.55 ± 18:31) mmHg, drain out (92.86 ± 17:56) mmHg. Systolic and diastolic pressure in the dwell increased significantly (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is the turn of the dialysate of CAPD cause an increase in blood pressure during the dwell. Found no significant difference in blood pressure based on the status of diabetes mellitus and ultrafiltration volume.
