Abstract
Persalinan merupakan hal yang ditunggu-tunggu bagi setiap ibu hamil. Dalam mempersiapkan proses persalinan ibu hamil dibutuhkan dukungan orang disekitarnya terutama suami. Suami merupakan orang terdekat dengan ibu selama proses kehamilannya. Dengan adanya dukungan suami yang baik diharapkan persiapan yang dilakukan oleh ibu juga semakin baik sehingga persalinan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kesiapan persalinan pada ibu hamil trimester tiga. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode total sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 36 responden. Variabel independen yang diukur adalah dukungan suami dan variabel dependennya adalah kesiapan persalinan ibu hamil trimester tiga. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Hasil analisis menunjukkan p value 0,001 dan r value 0,474 menunjukkan bahwa antara dukungan suami dengan kesiapan persalinan pada ibu hamil trimester tiga mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan. Saran bagi organisasi profesi perlu melakukan edukasi mengenai pentingnya dukungan suami dan persiapan dalam menghadapi persalinan
English Abstract
Childbirth is the long-awaited for every pregnant woman. In preparing for childbirth, pregnant women need support people around him, especially the husband. Husband is the closest to the mother during pregnancy. With the support of a good husband is expected preparations made by the mother is also getting better so deliveries run smoothly. This study aims to realize relation between husband support with readiness of delivery at third trimester maternal. The study design was using correctional descriptive and with cross sectional approach. Samples were choosen using total sampling technique, and 36 research subject were collected. The independent variable is husband support and the dependent variable is readiness of delivery at third trimester maternal. Data collecting method used questionnaire. Data analyse by using Spearman Rank. Analyse result present p value 0,001 and r value 0,474 indicates that between husband support with readiness of delivery at third trimester maternal has significant relation. Suggestions for clinical study organization is need to give an education about the importance of husband support and readiness of delivery.
