Abstract

Kepuasan kerja perawat merupakan suatu perasaan positif tentang pekerjaan professional yang dilakukan oleh perawat sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya. Proses keperawatan NNN (NANDA, NIC, NOC) merupakan proses keperawatan yang terstandar, bila proses keperawatan ini dilakukan secara sistematis maka kepuasan kerja akan dapat terpenuhi karena telah melaksanakan tugas fungsinya dengan baik. Akan tetapi banyak masalah dalam penyusunan asuhan keperawatan yang masih belum sesuai dengan SNL (standar nursing laguage). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh proses keperawatan sebelum dan sesudah aplikasi proses keperawatan NANDA, NIC, NOC terhadap kepuasan kerja.Penelitian ini Studi eksperimental menggunakan one group pre-post test design dilakukan terhadap19 perawat yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja sebelum pelaksanaan proses keperawatan NNN sebagian besar 52,6% dinyatakan dalam kategori sangat puas. Kepuasan kerja setelah mendapat perlakuan dinyatakan 94,6% dalam kategori sangat puas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis wilcoxon menunjukkan p value 0,005 (p value <0,05) dimana terjadi peningkatan kepuasan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan kepuasan kerja setelah dilakukan aplikasi proses keperawatan (NANDA, NOC, NIC. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar pihak manajerial rumah sakit untuk mengaplikasikan proses keperawatan berdasarkan NNN yang termasuk SNL (standart nursing laguage).

English Abstract

Nurse job satisfaction is a positive feeling about the professional work done by nurses in accordance with its duties and functions. Nursing process NNN (NANDA, NIC, NOC) is a standardized of nursing process, when the process is done in a systematic nursing job satisfaction will be fulfilled because it has been carrying out the task function properly. However, many problems in the preparation of nursing care are still not in accordance with the SNL (Standards Nursing Language). This study aimed to identify the influence of the nursing process before and after the application of the nursing process NANDA, NIC, NOC to the satisfaction of this job. Desain of research is experimental study one group pre-post test design for 19 nurses selected by purposive sampling. The variables measured in this study is job satisfaction. The results showed that job satisfaction prior to the implementation of the nursing process NNN 52.6% largely expressed in the category of very satisfied. Job satisfaction after receiving treatment revealed 94.6% in the category of very satisfied. Based on the results of the analysis indicate Wilcoxon p value of 0.005 (p value <0.05) in which an increase in satisfaction. The conclusion from this study is that there is an increase in job satisfaction after the application of the nursing process (NANDA, NOC, NIC.
