Abstract
Supervisi dalam keperawatan di tujukan untuk mengarahkan pada perawat pelaksana dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tk II dr. Soepraoen Malang Th 2015. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 122 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, accidental sampling. Hasil uji statistik chi-square menunjukan hasil terdapatnya hubungan bermakna pelaksanaan supervisi kepala ruang dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. disarankan agar dari pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit untuk memberikan dukungan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi kepala ruangan sehingga dapat memacu kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan.
English Abstract
Supervision in nursing has aimed at directing the nurses in providing nursing care. The study aimed to look at the implementation of supervisory relationship with a performen head room nurses in the documentation of nursing care in the inpatient study cross sectional correlation. Total sample of 122 people. With the technique of sampling accidental sampling. The results of the chi-square statistical test results showed the presence of a significant relationship with the implementation of the supervision of the head space performance of nurses in nursing care documentation. The conclution from this study is that there was a relationship between of head room with the performance of nurses in nursing care documentation. His suggested that the management of the hospital to provide support in the implementation of head room supervision so as to stimulate the performance of nurses in nursing care documentation.
