Abstract
Dokumentasi keperawatan menggunakan kertas sudah mulai dianggap kurang efisien karena kualitas rendah, sering hilang, pengisian terkadang tidak lengkap, dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Kemajuan teknologi saat ini menawarkan sistem pendokumentasian berbasis elektronik. Dalam dokumentasi keperawatan, salah satunya pada NOC atau kriteria hasil dibutuhkan kualitas penyusunan yang akurat dan efisien, untuk menghasilkan kriteria hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian Quasi-eksperimental untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam dokumentasi keperawatan terhadap peningkatan kualitas penyusunan NOC. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi perawat diruang anak berdasarkan kualitas penyusunan NOC sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi SIM hampir seluruhnya meningkat kedalam kategori baik dari tidak ada satupun yang dikategorikan baik (0%) menjadi 63 %. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon rank test dengan SPSS 16 pada tarap signifikansi (α = 0,05) didapatkan p valuenya = 0,000 (p valuenya < 0,05), hal ini disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengaruh aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen dalam dokumentasi keperawatan terhadap kualitas penyusunan NOC di ruang anak 7B Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang.
English Abstract
Manually entry data is not efficient anymore because it has a low quality, not fully equipped, it will be lost and time longer needed. Technology progress offer an electronic documentation system. NOC is one of nursing documentation, it needs an accurate and efficient arrange to produce a good quality of outcomes. This Quasi-eksperimental study aimed is to find out the effect of Management Information Systems application in pediatric Nursing based on Information technology to increasing quality of the NOC. Results of data analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test. Based on the research showed that frequency of nurse who used SIM based on the NOC, almost increased from none with good categorized (0%) to 63. Based on the Wilcoxon rank test test with SPSS 16 at the significance level (α = 0.05) was obtained p value = 0.000 (p value < 0.05), it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is the influence of the system applications information management information system based on information technologist, in pediatric nursing care affected the quality of the NOC arrange in the 7B nursery Saiful Anwar Hospital.
