Abstract
Kontrasepsi adalah upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya kehamilan.Upaya ini dapat bersifat sementara maupun permanen yang dapat dilakukan dengan alat atau obat-obatan. Salah satu alat kontrasepsi yang memiliki efektivitas tinggi yaitu implant. Implant merupakan alat kontrasepsi dengan efektivitas sampai 99% dengan tingkat kegagalan hanya 0,05 dari 100 wanita yang memakainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran bidan dan akses ke lokasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan dengan sikap akseptor KB dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepsi implant dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji Likelihood Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara peran bidan dengan sikap akseptor KB dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepi implant sebesar 0,003 (p < 0,05), dan hubungan antara akses ke lokasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan dengan sikap akseptor KB dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepsi implant sebesar 0,001 (p<0,05). Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara peran petugas KB dan akses ke lokasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan dengan sikap akseptor KB dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepsi implant.
English Abstract
Contraception is used to prevent gestation, which could be done temporarily or permanently by using instruments or consuming contraceptive pills. One of contraception which has high effectiveness is implant whose 99% effectiveness rate while 0.05 failure rate, based on 100 women who has been using them. This research was aimed to investigate the correlation between the role of FP officer and location access to health service toward the attitude in using contraception implant. The research was conducted in Working area of Gribig Health Center Malang by involving 35 respondents as the samples. Purposive sampling method was applied for the sampling process, while Likelihood Ratio test. The results showed that the correlation between the role of FP officer toward the attitude in using contraception implant was 0.003 (p < 0.05), while the correlation between location access to health service toward the attitude in using contraception implant was 0.001 (p<0.05). Therefore, there was significant positive correlation between the role of FP officer and location access to health services toward the attitude in using contraception implant.
