Abstract
Kepribadian adalah organisasi dinamis dalam diri individu yang terdiri dari sistem-sistem psikofisik yang menentukan tingkah laku dan pikirannya secara karakteristik. Tingkat toleransi stres merupakan tingkat dan durasi stres yang dapat ditoleransi individu tanpa menjadi kacau dan irasional, atau dengan kata lain merupakan ambang batas sebelum terjadinya perilaku yang tidak efisien dan pikiran yang tidak rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat toleransi stres pada remaja bertipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung. Penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 149 responden di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung dan sampel dibagi kedalam dua tipe kepribadian, yaitu ekstrovert dan introvert dan dilihat tingkat toleransi stres. Baik tipe kepribadian dan tingkat toleransi stres diukur menggunakan kuesioner, uji statistik menggunakan chi-square. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai P < α (0,00<0,05), sehingga H0 ditolak dan terdapat perbedaan tingkat toleransi stres pada remaja bertipe kepribadian ektrovert dan introvert di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung
English Abstract
Personality is a dynamic organization within the individuals comprising the psychophysical systems determine the behaviour and his thoughts are characteristic. Stress tolerance level is the level and duration of stress that can be tolerated without individuals being chaotic and irrational, or in other words is the threshold before the onset of inefficient behaviors and thoughts are irrational. This research aims to know the difference in the level of tolerance of stress in teenagers Extrovert and introvert personality type in XI grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung. This research is a cross-sectional conducted on 149 respondents in XI grade SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung and samples are divided into two types, namely, personality Extrovert and introvert and stress tolerance level. Both personality types and levels of tolerance of stress was measured using a questionnaire, the statistical test used chi-square. The study results were values P<α (0.00<0.05), so the difference is rejected and H0 level studytolerance of stress of adolescents and introvert personality type extrovert in XI grade SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung.
