Abstract
Pasien TB harus melakukan pengobatan penyakit TB yang memerlukan jangka waktu yang lama dan rutin yaitu 6-8 bulan. Salah satu cara keberhasilan pengobatan adalah pemberian konseling untuk meningkatkan motivasi pasien dalam berobat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kesehatan terhadap peningkatan motivasi pasien tuberkulosis dalam menjalani pengobatan anti tuberkulosis. Studi Pre Ekperimental rancangan One-Group Pretest-Postest dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dipilih dengan cara non probability sampling yaitu dengan Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik penetapan sampel dengan cara memilih sampel diantara populasi sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki peneliti. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah perbedaan motivasi pasien tuberkulosis dalam menjalani pengobatan anti tuberkulosis sebelum dan sesudah konseling kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi pasien tuberkulosis sebelum konseling kesehatan diperoleh nilai rata-rata = 40.43, pada motivasi pasien tuberkulosis sesudah konseling kesehatan diperoleh nilai rata-rata = 77.81. ada perbedaan signifikan antara motivasi pasien tuberkulosis sebelum dan sesudah konseling kesehatan (Uji t = p < 0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh konseling kesehatan tentang Tuberkulosis terhadap peningkatan motivasi pasien tuberkulosis dalam menjalani pengobatan anti tuberkulosis.
English Abstract
TB patients must treatment disease TB which requires period time old and routine ie 6-8 months. Wrong single way success treatment is giving counseling to increase motivation patient in treatment. This study aims to determine the effect counseling health to enhancement motivation patient tuberculosis in living treatment anti-tuberculosis. Studies Pre Experimental design One-group pretest-posttest conducted in the work area PHC Kencong Jember. The sample was selected by way of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique is the determination of the sample by choosing among a population sample in accordance with the desired researcher. The variables measured in this study is the difference in motivation patient tuberculosis in treatment anti-tuberculosis before and after counseling health. The results showed motivation Patient tuberculosis before counseling health obtainable value mean = 40.43, on motivation patient tuberculosis after counseling health obtainable value mean = 77.81. There is difference significant between motivation patient tuberculosis before and after counseling health (Test t = p <0.05). Conclusion of this research is no effect counseling health about tuberculosis to increase motivation patient tuberculosis in treatmen anti-tuberculosis.
