Abstract
Prestasi belajar merupakan penilaian terhadap hasil belajar seorang siswa untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana ia mencapai sasaran belajar. Untuk meraih kesuksesan dalam prestasi belajar ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah konsep diri. Konsep diri adalah semua pikiran, keyakinan dan kepercayaan yang merupakan pengetahuan individu tentang dirinya. Konsep diri yang dimiliki anak akan secara langsung mempengaruhi pembentukan kepribadian diri anak itu sendiri yang nantinya kepribadian ini akan mempengaruhi prestasi belajar dan kesuksesan anak itu sendiri baik saat ini maupun dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas 4 dan 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Permanu 01 Kecamatan Pakisaji Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental/observasional yaitu observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional dan mengambil sampel 62 siswa menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Variabel yang diukur meliputi konsep diri dan prestasi belajar. Pengukuran konsep diri menggunakan cheklist dengan mengacu pada kepustakaan, dan pengukuran prestasi belajar menggunakan jumlah nilai yang tercantum pada raport siswa semester I tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Dari analisis data menggunakan uji Spearmen didapatkan nilai rshitung sebesar 0,444 dengan nilai Signifikansi = 0,000. rstabel dengan derajat bebas (n-2 = 60) untuk α = 0,05 didapatkan nilai 0,250. Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan perbandingan, dimana nilai rshitung lebih besar daripada rstabel (0,444 > 0,250), dan selain itu nilai signifikansi kurang dari α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,050) sehingga dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan pengujian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar.
English Abstract
Learning achievement is the assessment of student learning outcomes to evaluate the extent of his reach learning goals. To achieve success in learning achievement is determined by various factors, one of which is the concept of self. The self concept is all mind, confidence and trust which is the individuals knowledge about him. The children self concept will directly affect the formation of the personality of the childs own personality that will affect learning achievement and success of the children themselves both now and in the future. This study aims to determine the relationship of self-concept with learning achievement in grade 4 and 5 Elementary School Permanu 01 Pakisaji Malang Regency. This study is non-experimental / observational using observational analytic cross-sectional design and sample 62 students using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The variables measured include selfconcept and learning achievement. Measurement of self-concept using a checklist with reference to the literature, and the measurement of learning achievement using the number listed on the grade report card the first semester students of the school year 2013-2014. From the analysis of data obtained using Spearmen test rshitung value of 0.444 with a significance value = 0.000. rstabel with degrees of freedom (n-2 = 60) for α = 0.05 value obtained 0.250. The next step is done the comparison, which is greater than the value rshitung rstabel (0.444> 0.250), and in addition to the significance values less than α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.050) so that it can be concluded H0 is rejected. Based on this result it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and learning achievement.
