Abstract
Hiperglikemia didefinisikan sebagai kadar glukosa darah yang tinggi (>126mg/dl). Apabila terjadi luka pada kondisi hiperglikemia, akan sulit sekali disembuhkan. Binahong merupakan tanaman favorit di masyarakat karena banyak memiliki manfaat. Kandungan dari binahong antara lain asam ursolat, vitamin C, flavonoid, polifenol, triterpenoid, alkaloid, dan PPAR-α sebagai akselerator penyembuhan luka. Salah satu bentuk sediaan yang dapat digunakan merawat luka adalah hidrogel. Kandungan CMC pada basis hidrogel meningkatkan ekspresi gen TNF-α yang dapat meningkatkan jumlah limfosit dan neutrofil pada sel endotel. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimental murni. Jumlah sampel adalah 30 tikus (n=5) yang dibagi dalam 6 kelompok perlakuan yaitu luka tikus normal dengan Normal Saline (NS), luka tikus kondisi hiperglikemia dengan NS, basis hidrogel (duoderm), hidrogel Binahong 2,5%, 5% dan 7,5%. Tikus dikorbankan pada hari ke-12, kemudian dilakukan pengecatan H&E. Variabel yang di ukur penelitian ini adalah panjang pembentukan jaringan epitel baru. Analisis data one way-anova didapatkan hasil terdapat pengaruh perawatan luka kondisi hiperglikemia dengan hidrogel binahong 5% dan 7,5% terhadap proses reepitelisasi (p=000). Analisa data post hoc didapatkan bahwa terjadi perbedaan panjang reepitelisasi yang bermakna (P<0,05) pada hidrogel binahong 5% dibandingkan dengan semua kelompok. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh perawatan luka kondisi hiperglikemia dengan hidrogel binahong pada panjang pembentukan jaringan epitel baru pada tikus galur wistar.
English Abstract
Hyperglicemia is a high blood sugar (>126 mg/dl) condition. If someone who have hyperglicemia get injury, it would be difficult to healing. Binahong is a favorite plants in human life because it has a lot of benefits. Binahong (Anredera Cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) contains asam ursolat, vitamin C, flavonoid, polifenol, triterpenoid, alkaloid, PPAR-α that can be act as wound healing accelerator. One of media that can be used to treat wounds is hydrogel. The content of CMC in hydrogel basic can increase TNF-α gene expression that can be recruitment lymphocytes and neutrophyl to endothelial cells. This research was designed as pure experimental study using post test control group design. The sample were 30 rats that divided into six treatment groups, there were normal rats wound with Normal Saline (NS), hyperglicemia rats wound with NS, hyperglicemia rats wound with hydrogel basic (duoderm), hydrogel Binahong 2,5%, 5% and 7,5%. The samples are 30 rats (n=5), euthanasia on day 12, then the wound stained with H&E. Variable studied is the length of new ephitelial tissue measured with AutoCad Program. Data analysis of one way-anova obtained there was the effectiveness of hydrogel Binahong 5% and 7,5% treatments in length of new ephitelial tissue (p=000). Post hoc data analysis obtained that there are significant length differences for increasing the length of new epithelial tissue (P < 0,05) using hydrogel Binahong 5% compared with all groups. The conclusion from this research is there is an effect of hyperlicemia wound treatments using hydrogel Binahong for increasing the length of new epithelial tissue of wistar strain.
