Abstract
Luka kondisi hiperglikemia merupakan luka pada keadaan glukosa darah >126 mg/dl atau terjadinya penurunan kerja insulin yang akan mempengaruhi lamanya penyembuhan luka. Sel yang berperan penting dalam respon keradangan adalah Neutrofil. Salah satu terapi alternatif yang bisa diberikan sebagai obat adalah perawatan luka secara topikal dengan hidrogel binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa hidrogel binahong dapat menurunkan jumlah sel neutrofil pada hari ke-12. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi true experimental dengan control group design. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelompok, hari ke-3 dan ke-12. Masing-masing kelompok dibagi menjadi 6, tikus sehat dengan NS 0,9%, tikus hiperglikemia dengan NS 0,9%, basis hidrogel, hidrogel binahong 2,5%, 5% dan 7,5%. Pada hari ke-3 dan ke-12 dilakukan pengambilan jaringan kulit tikus lalu dibuat preparat. Hasil uji statistik dari sel PMN neutrofil hari ke-3 dan ke-12 menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p<0,005) antar kelompok. Jumlah neurtrofil hari ke-3 pada kelompok tikus sehat dengan NS 0,9% sebanding dengan kelompok hidrogel binahong 5% dan jumlah neutrofil hari ke-12 pada kelompok hidrogel binahong 5% lebih rendah dari kelompok tikus sehat dengan NS 0,9%. Dapat disimpulkan perawatan luka dengan hidrogel binahong mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan luka, dengan dosis optimal 5%.
English Abstract
Wound condition of hyperglycemia is wound on the state of blood glucose > 126 mg / dl or a decrease in insulin action that will affect the length of wound healing . Cells that play an important role in the inflammatory response are neutrophils . One alternative therapy that can be administered as a drug is a topical wound treatment with hydrogel binahong ( Anredera cordifolia ( Ten. ) Steenis ) . This study aims to prove that the hydrogel binahong can lower neutrophils counts on 12th day . This study used a true experimental study with a control group design . The study consisted of two groups , On group 3rd day and 12th day . Each group was divided into 6 healthy mice with NS 0.9 % , hyperglycemia mice with NS 0.9 % , hydrogel , hydrogel binahong 2.5 % , 5 % and 7.5 % . On 3rd day and 12th day skin tissue of mice is taken and then made preparat.Results of statistical tests of neutrophils cell on 3rd day and 12th day showed a significant difference ( p < 0.005 ) between groups. Number neutrophils day 3rd in the group of healthy mice with NS 0.9% is directly proportional to the hydrogel group binahong 5% and the number of neutrophils at day 12 hydrogel group binahong 5% lower than the group of healthy mice with NS 0.9%. It can be concluded with a hydrogel wound care binahong affect the wound healing process, with the optimal dose of 5%.
